摘要： The present invention relates to a method for forming the LCP composite having LCP fibers dispersed in the matrix resin even if the LCP content may be smaller than the lower limit of the fiber formable range.The method is characterized in that a resin composite reinforced by the LCP fiber in a mixture ratio beyond the fiber formable range or the preferred fiber formable range by means of an extrusion or injection molding of a resin mixture containing a liquid crystal resin composite extruded in the fiber formable range or the preferred fiber formable range.

摘要： There are disclosed an adhesive obtained by dispersing a cured amino resin fine powder soluble in acid or oxidizing agent into an uncured heat-resistant resin matrix hardly soluble in acid or oxidizing agent when being subjected to a curing treatment as well as a printed circuit board using this adhesive and a method of producing the same. The adhesive has excellent properties such as resistance to chemicals, heat resistance, electric properties, hardness and adhesion property owing to the use of the amino resin fine powder. Therefore, the printed circuit board using such an adhesive is not influenced by service circumstance and is high in the connection reliability without forming short circuit between patterns. Furthermore, in the method of producing the printed circuit board, the adhesive is provided in form of a sheet or a prepreg, whereby the printed circuit board can be produced easily and cheaply.

摘要： An epoxy resin composition for forming prepregs is disclosed which includes an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups, a latent curing agent for the epoxy resin in an amount of 0.5-3.0 equivalents per equivalent of the epoxy groups of the epoxy resin, and a reactive, viscosity-increasing agent in an amount of 0.2-3.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin. The epoxy resin composition has an initial viscosity n.sub.I(50) at 50.degree. C. of 1,000-200,000 cP and an initial viscosity n.sub.I(23) at 23.degree. C. of at least 10,000 cP.

摘要： An aqueous alkaline dispersion of a rubbery vinyl pyridine copolymer, trimethylol phenol, and a resorcinol compound, in certain amounts is useful in forming an adhesive for bonding polyamide or nylon cords to rubber compounds or stocks. After dipping the cord in the adhesive dip, the coated cord is heated to dry it and heat cure or heat set the adhesive on the cord. Thereafter, the adhesive containing cord is combined or laminated (calendered) with a curable rubber compound and the resulting assembly is cured. High H-adhesions are obtained with this one-step or single treatment coating dip. It is particularly useful for bonding crystalline polyamides having a large number of aromatic groups in the polymeric structure, e.g., "Fiber B."
