    摘要: An apparatus for forming and sealing an adjustable duct member for use in an air handling system. At least one work station accommodates a tapered work piece. A repositionable die is positioned relative to the work piece, and a cutting and forming assembly cooperates with the repositionable die to cut the work piece and form a coupling bead to reconnect the members together. A sealing assembly cooperates with the first repositioning die to seal the coupling bead in the first and second members. The work station includes an insertion channel having predetermined dimensions to accommodate at least a portion of the work piece. A clamping assembly is associated with the insertion channel to securely hold the tapered work piece at the predetermined position during the cutting and forming and sealing operations.

The workstation incorporates one or more of: a conductor clamp that holds the conductors of the cabling system in place during the installation of the pulling head assembly; a cutting guide having indicia marks that indicate the lengths to which to cut the conductors in order to achieve a staggered pattern of pulling eyes attached to the conductors in the pulling head assembly; a stripping tool that is used to remove a portion of the insulation from the terminal end of each conductor so that the end of the conductor may be inserted into the pulling eye; and a crimping tool that is used to crimp the pulling eyes onto the terminal ends of each of the conductors.

    摘要: A hollow component is adjusted in shape, for example to correct circularity, by means of a shape adjusting tool. The tool comprises a base structure on which adjuster elements are guided. An adjustment ring has a ramp surface corresponding to each adjuster element so that rotation of the adjustment ring causes radial displacement of the adjuster elements 6. The adjuster elements are displaced in unison, and engage the internal surface of the component to be adjusted so as to deform the component to the desired shape. The segments are interconnected by rigid links and a single flexible link, and are supported on bearing rollers mounted on the base structure.

The pipe clamp (21), the punch assembly (22), and the translation mechanism (23) are all positioned on the working table (101) of the frame (1). The translation mechanism (23) includes a first slide seat (231) sliding along X axis. One of the pipe clamp (21) and the punch assembly (22) is positioned on the first slide seat (231) and the other is positioned on the frame (1). A separator transferring device (3) is also positioned on the working table (101) for transferring the separator into the pipe. The separator transferring device (3) and the pipe clamp (21) are separately positioned on either side of the punch assembly (22). The automatic processing machine for header combines a hole punching device with a separator transferring device, thereby improving the processing efficiency.
