摘要: There are provided a clad material and a method for producing the same, the clad material being capable of preventing cracks from being formed and preventing the separation of layers thereof from being caused, even if it is punched by press-working (even if a high shearing force is applied thereto by thermal shock. After each of Mo—Cu layers 10, which has a metal film 10a of a metal selected from the group consisting of Co, Ti, Pd, Pt and Ni on at least one side thereof is arranged on a corresponding one of both sides of a Cu-graphite layer 12, which is obtained by sintering a graphite powder having a Cu film on the surface thereof, so as to allow the metal film 10a to contact the Cu-graphite layer 12, the layers are heated while a pressure is applied between the Cu-graphite layer 12 and the Mo—Cu layers 10.

摘要: A piston for a heavy duty diesel engine including a composite layer forming at least a portion of a combustion surface is provided. The composite layer has a thickness greater than 500 microns and includes a mixture of components typically used to form brake pads, such as a thermoset resin, an insulating component, strengthening fibers, and an impact toughening additive. According to one example, the thermoset resin is a phenolic resin, the insulating component is a ceramic, the strengthening fibers are graphite, and the impact toughening additive is an aramid pulp of fibrillated chopped synthetic fibers. The composite layer also has a thermal conductivity of 0.8 to 5 W/m·K. The body portion of the piston can include an undercut scroll thread to improve mechanical locking of the composite layer. The piston can also include a ceramic insert between the body portion and the composite layer.

摘要: A composite member includes: a substrate formed of a composite material containing a plurality of diamond grains and a metal phase; and a coating layer made of metal. The surface of the substrate includes a surface of the metal phase, and a protrusion formed of a part of at least one diamond grain of the diamond grains and protruding from the surface of the metal phase. In a plan view, the coating layer includes a metal coating portion, and a grain coating portion. A ratio of a thickness of the grain coating portion to a thickness of the metal coating portion is equal to or less than 0.80. The coating layer has a surface roughness as an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of less than 2.0 μm.

The conductive film comprises a continuous phase; and a plurality of separate phases formed in the continuous phase. The continuous phase comprises a polymer, and the separate phase comprises conductive particles. The separate phase is distinguished from the continuous phase by an amphipathic compound. The present application can simplify the production process and reduce the production cost because drivable particles can be trapped without being subjected to a separate barrier forming process.

The fused sheet for electromagnetic wave absorption/extinction and shielding, and for electronic equipment high heat dissipation of the present invention includes a premolded graphite sheet prepared by molding a graphite substrate into a sheet form having a density in a range of 0.1-1.5 g/cm3 and an incomplete state of crystal structure; and a porous metal sheet having a plurality of pores connected to upper and lower surfaces of the porous metal sheet, wherein the premolded graphite sheet is stacked on one surface of the porous metal sheet, and press molded to be integrally attached and combined, so as to have a density of 1.6 g/cm3-6.0 g/cm3.
