摘要: Disclosed are a manufacturing method for a laser chip and a laser chip. The manufacturing method comprises: step S1, forming a first electroplating substrate on an epitaxial layer; step S2, forming an organic pattern layer on the first electroplating substrate, wherein the pattern layer defines a hollowed-out area and a part of the first electroplating substrate is exposed to the pattern layer by means of the hollowed-out area; step S3, forming a first metal coating on the first electroplating substrate, wherein the first metal coating completely covers the pattern layer and the part of the first electroplating substrate not covered by the pattern layer; and step S4, removing the pattern layer to have a hollow channel formed between the first metal coating and the first electroplating substrate, wherein the channel is provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet running through the first metal coating.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a corrugated copper microwave waveguide comprising placing a mandrel with external corrugations in an electrolyte bath substantially devoid of brighteners, accelerators, or levelers and including copper ions, sulfuric acid, chloride, and polyethylene glycol. The mandrel is placed proximate a copper anode in the bath. One or more waveforms are applied to the mandrel and anode to control electrodeposition distribution of copper to the mandrel rather than controlling the electrolyte bath chemistry. The mandrel and the resulting electroformed waveguide are removed from the electrolyte bath and the mandrel is excised (e.g., dissolved) resulting in a microwave waveguide with internal corrugations. Substantially devoid of additives (brighteners, accelerators, and/or levelers) generally means not having to repeatedly meter in additives during the electroforming process.

摘要: A process for producing a purified aqueous lithium (sulfate) solution including: processing a lithium-containing raw material to produce a crude aqueous solution containing lithium sulfate; contacting the crude solution with an organic medium, in an extraction step to produce a lithium-loaded organic medium and a raffinate; stripping said lithium-loaded organic medium by means of an aqueous acid stripping solution (e.g., sulfuric acid), to extract the lithium cations from the lithium-loaded medium, to produce: the purified aqueous lithium (sulfate) solution and a stripped organic medium; separating the purified lithium solution from the stripped organic medium; recycling the stripped organic medium to the extraction step, the organic medium including the stripped organic medium; subjecting the raffinate to electrolysis to produce: an alkali (sodium) hydroxide solution contaminated with lithium and a sulfuric acid stream; and recycling the alkali hydroxide and sulfuric acid streams for use within the process.

摘要: A method for producing a hollow structure useful as a base material for a heat sink or the like which increases a heat dissipation property of devices mounted in various kinds of electronic apparatuses, without sacrificing downsizing, thinning, weight reduction, and multifunctionality, and provides a hollow structure. The method including: producing a plated composite by coating a surface of a core made of aluminum to form a copper plating layer; cutting off part of the plated composite to expose cut surfaces of the core; and turning a part corresponding to the core into a hollow part by immersing the plated composite in a sodium solution which dissolves aluminum but does not dissolve copper and selectively dissolving and removing only the aluminum, thereby producing a hollow structure whose skeletal part is composed of all copper plating layers.

摘要: A deflectable, flexible device includes an elongate body, a convoluted tip portion at a distal end of the elongate body, and a lumen to receive one or more wires. The convoluted tip portion includes an electroformed pleated region which is formed by electrodepositing a metal on a mandrel having a pleated region. The convoluted tip portion may be hermetically sealed to permit repeated sterilization. The electroformed pleated region may include one or more fluid emission orifices. The convoluted tip portion extends or bends in response to fluid pressure manipulation, contact with tissue, manipulation with an internal spring or wire, or by a user pushing, pulling, or twisting the catheter directly or via an introducer sheath or the like. The convoluted tip portion may further include an RF ablation element or other energy-driven technique to create continuous linear lesions or a sensing element.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing an electrocast belt which method ensures long-term use of an electrocasting bath and which method enables provision of an electrocast belt having a required product quality even when an electrocasting bath that has been used in electrolysis with a large cumulative amount of electricity. The method includes a first step of producing an electrocast belt having a required product quality in an electrocasting bath of a specific composition until a predetermined period of time has elapsed; a second step of subsequently producing an electrocast belt in the same electrocasting bath; and a third step of polishing a surface of the electrocast belt produced from the second step so that the electrocast belt produced from the third step has a product quality equivalent to that of the electrocast belt produced from the first step.
