摘要: The invention relates to an assembly for a multispectral light emission, comprising at least one wide-band light source (1), a filter array (4) of multiple spectral filters, and an optical switch device (2) for controlling the passage of the light emitted from the light source (1) through the filter array (4). In one embodiment, the optical switch device (2) is made of an array of micromirrors (16) or micro-diaphragms and is designed and arranged such that the optical switch can guide light emitted from the light source (1) only through one or more arbitrarily specifiable spectral filters of the filter array (4) in a controlled manner. The invention also relates to a multispectral sensor comprising such an assembly for a multispectral light emission. The assembly allows a multispectral sensor to be provided inexpensively in a miniaturized design with a plurality of spectral channels.

In one example, the method includes obtaining a beverage sample and obtaining spectrographic data from the beverage. The spectroscopic data may be processed by a remote lab to determine a value range of the one or more beverage parameters, and a value of the one or more beverage parameters. The one or more beverage parameters may include one or more of beverage color, bitterness, Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN), yeast count and yeast viability.

摘要: The invention generally relates to detecting biological substances. In certain aspects, the invention is directed to a method directing one or more wavelengths of light within a deep ultraviolet (UV) spectrum into a medium to excite a biological substance in the medium, detect emission from the excited biological substance via a plurality of semiconductor photodetectors, and analyze the deep UV emission data for presence of a deep UV spectral signature indicative of the biological substance, wherein presence of the deep UV spectral signature indicates that the medium comprises a biological substance. The invention is also directed to identifying a pathogen in a medium comprising a pathogen and a non-pathogen biological substance.

摘要: A non-contact system for the sensing of pH includes a hyperspectral imaging device configured to capture a hyperspectral image of a fluid, a flow cell configured to enable the capturing of a hyperspectral image of a fluid, a process, and a memory. The memory includes instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by the processor, cause the system to generate a hyperspectral image of the fluid in the flow cell, generate several spectral signals based on the hyperspectral image, provide the spectral signal as an input to a machine learning network, and predict by the machine learning network a pH of a fluid.

摘要: Systems and methods for detecting photothermal effect in a sample are described herein. In these systems and methods, a pump source is configured to generate a pump pulse train, a probe source is configured to generate a probe pulse train and is synchronized with the pump pulse train, and a camera collects the resulting data. The camera is configured to collect a first signal corresponding to a hot frame, wherein the hot frame includes visible probe beam as modified by a pump beam and a second signal corresponding to a cold frame, wherein the cold frame includes visible probe beam that has not been modified by a pump beam. A processor can subtract the second signal from the first signal to detect the photothermal effect.
