Abstract: The system for provisioning computerized devices of a tenant includes an enrollment certificate authority generating enrollment certificates in response to first provisioning requests for the enrollment certificates, a second certificate authority generating digital assets for onboard units and roadside units of the tenant in response to second provisioning requests from the computerized devices. A security credential management system platform, connected to the enrollment certificate authority and to the second certificate authority, receiving the first provisioning requests for enrollment certificates for the computerized devices, routing the first provisioning requests to the enrollment certificate authority based on the tenant identification (ID), receiving the second provisioning requests for digital assets for the computerized devices, and routing the second provisioning requests to the second certificate authority based on the device identifier. Each first provisioning request includes the tenant ID, and each second provisioning request includes a device identifier.

Abstract: Next generation network architectures enable instantiation of network slices in which traffic may be transported via one or more virtual networks overlaying the physical network infrastructure. To enable a slice management system to be able to obtain information on virtual networks of instantiated network slices, such as utilization data indicative of at least one of: a bandwidth capacity, computing capacity and storage capacity of one or more physical links via which traffic of the virtual networks is routed, an interfacing system is provided. The interfacing system may establish an interface between the slice management system operating in the domain of network slices and the network management system operating in the domain of physical network equipment, and thereby enable the slice management system to take into account such utilization data in its slice management operation.

Abstract: Embodiments disclose a network system that includes a memory that may be configured to store registration information of a computing device and a hardware processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The processor may be configured to detect application data specifying a network connection request from stream of data packets of the client computing device. From registration information, a type of computing device may be detected and a type of wireless service from the application data and network connection request of computing device may be determined. Abstract: Methods and apparatus for client-directed placement of remotely configured service instances are described. One or more placement target options are selected for a client of a network-accessible service based on criteria such as service characteristics of the placement targets. The selected options, including a particular placement target that includes instance hosts configurable from remote control servers, are indicated programmatically to the client. A determination is made that a service instance is to be configured at the particular placement target on behalf of the client. Abstract: Techniques for implementing an infrastructure orchestration service are described. A scheduler can receive a configuration file, which can include a first release identifier, for a first deployment of resources at an execution target. The resources can be deployed at the execution target according to the file. A current state of the resources can be stored. The scheduler can receive a second version of the file, which can include a second release identifier, for a new deployment at the execution target. At least one worker node can execute a plugin to compare the first identifier to the second identifier. If the first identifier is different than the second identifier, the plugin can compare a current state of the resources with a desired state according to the second identifier. If the desired state is different than the current state, the resources are deployed at the execution target according to the second identifier.

Abstract: A system for securely provisioning a plurality of computerized devices of a tenant, is provided. The system includes a processor, and a computer storage medium including instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to perform operations. The operations include receiving provisioning requests from the plurality of computerized devices needing certificates, each provisioning request indicating a tenant identifier identifying the tenant, and transmitting the provisioning requests to a set of security credential management system backend components based on the tenant identifier. The set of SCMS backend components includes enrollment certificate authorities operable to generate enrollment certificates, each provisioning request being transmitted to one of the one or more enrollment certificate authorities based on the tenant identifier of each provisioning request, and a pseudonym certificate authority operable to generate digital assets in response to receiving a provisioning request.

Abstract: A network function virtualization (NFV) compute element installs an image supporting a virtualized network function (VNF) on the element. The image includes instructions/data to initiate a TCP connection between the element and a Software Defined Network (SDN) controller upon reboot of the element. Upon rebooting, the element establishes, as client in accordance with the instructions/data, a TCP connection with the controller. The element then accepts, as a cryptographic network protocol server, a connection via the TCP connection from the controller as a client in accordance with the instructions. Next, the element accepts, as a network management protocol server, a connection via the cryptographic network protocol connection from the controller as network management protocol client. The element receives, from the controller over the network management protocol connection, commands regarding the status of the rebooted element, and then transmits, to the controller over the network management protocol connection, responses to the commands.
