Abstract: This disclosure provides to a battery, an electric device, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system for the battery. The battery includes a battery module, a casing, and a flow guide member. The battery module includes an explosion-proof assembly. The casing accommodates the battery module. The casing includes a gas discharge passage. The gas discharge passage includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The flow guide member is disposed inside the casing and shields the explosion-proof assembly to form a gas guide passage. The gas guide passage is in communication with the gas inlet, for guiding gas generated by the battery module to an exterior of the casing through the gas outlet after the explosion-proof assembly is destroyed. This disclosure intends to solve the technical problem of use safety of the battery being seriously affected due to the battery being prone to catching fire quickly and then exploding.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery. The battery includes: a battery cell comprising a pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief mechanism being arranged in a first wall of the battery cell and the pressure relief mechanism being configured, when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to be actuated to release the internal pressure; and a thermal management component for containing a fluid to adjust the temperature of the battery cell; wherein a first surface of the thermal management component is attached to the first wall, and the thermal management component is configured to be capable of being damaged when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, so that the fluid is discharged from inside of the thermal management component. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.

Abstract: Disclosed are a load state detection circuit and method. A microcontroller is connected to a switch unit which is connected between a detecting power supply and a load to be tested. A voltage sampling point is formed at either terminal of the load to be tested, and the voltage sampling circuit is connected between the voltage sampling point and the microcontroller. The voltage sampling circuit is configured to sample a voltage at the voltage sampling point. The microcontroller is configured to connect the load to be tested and the detecting power supply by controlling the switch unit, and determine whether a fault exists in the load to be tested according to a received voltage at the voltage sampling point sampled by the voltage sampling circuit, before connecting the load to be tested with the drive power supply.

Abstract: The present application provides a power-down detection circuit and a control method. A low-voltage side power supply is connected to provide an output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply to a power-down detection sub-circuit and provide a standard supply voltage to the power-down detection sub-circuit, a controller and a memory via a voltage conversion circuit. The power-down detection sub-circuit is configured to obtain the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, and determine, according to the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, whether a power-down event occurs in the low-voltage side power supply. If it is determined that a power-down event occurs, a power-down signal is sent to the controller. The controller receives the power-down signal, and controls the memory to record current information of a high voltage bus sensed by a high-voltage side current sensor.

Abstract: A method for processing a negative electrode plate, a sodium-metal negative electrode plate and related devices. In a vacuum environment, the metal vapor reacts with oxygen, and the metal oxide formed by the reaction is plated on the surface of the sodium-metal negative electrode plate to form a metal oxide protective layer with high mechanical strength and stable chemical properties. The metal oxide protective layer can greatly reduce the phenomenon of low yield and performance deterioration caused by the reaction of sodium metal with air and water during the processing of the sodium-metal negative electrode plate. Since the metal oxide has a nanoscale thickness, it can form a corresponding sodium salt with sodium metal under electrochemical conditions, thereby improving the sodium ion transport rate on the surface of the sodium-metal negative electrode plate and improving the battery’s kinetic performance.
