摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving a packet from a client, the packet having header information including a destination Internet Protocol (IP) address, a destination port, a source IP address, and a source port, and wherein the source IP address and source port are associated with the client; selecting a destination virtual machine based on the destination port; modifying the packet by replacing the destination IP address in the header information with an IP address of the selected destination virtual machine; and sending the modified packet to the destination virtual machine.

摘要: Examples described herein relate to a network device apparatus that includes a network interface card to process a received packet. In some examples, based on the received packet only including one or more frames for which acknowledgement of receipt is offloaded to the network interface card, generate an acknowledgement (ACK) message to acknowledge receipt of the received packet. In some examples, a frame for which acknowledgement of receipt is offloaded to the network interface card comprises a STREAM frame compatible with quick User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Internet Connections (QUIC). In some examples, a computing platform is coupled to the network interface card. In some examples, based on the received packet only including any frame for which acknowledgement of receipt is not offloaded to the network interface, the computing platform is to generate an ACK message for the received packet.

摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to wireless time sensitive networking. A device may identify, using an 802.3 protocol stack, an 802.3 frame received from a second device using a wired Ethernet connection, and extract, using the 802.3 protocol stack, a redundancy tag from the 802.3 frame, the redundancy tag including a sequence number. The device may generate, using an 802.11 protocol stack, an 802.11 frame with a subnetwork access protocol (SNAP) field, the SNAP field including an organizationally unique identifier (OUI) and the sequence number, the OUI including an indication of an Ethertype protocol. The device may send the 802.11 frame using a wireless connection.

摘要: A switch architecture for a data-driven intelligent networking system is provided. The system can accommodate dynamic traffic with fast, effective congestion control. The system can maintain state information of individual packet flows, which can be set up or released dynamically based on injected data. Each flow can be provided with a flow-specific input queue upon arriving at a switch. Packets of a respective flow are acknowledged after reaching the egress point of the network, and the acknowledgement packets are sent back to the ingress point of the flow along the same data path. As a result, each switch can obtain state information of each flow and perform flow control on a per-flow basis.

摘要: A network device may monitor a TCP session with another network device, and may identify ingress and/or egress packets, a TCP header, and a socket of the TCP session. The network device may inspect the ingress and/or egress packets, the TCP header, and the socket to identify a zero window advertisement, details of a last quantity of packets sent or received, synchronize, finish, or reset packets sent or received, negotiated TCP options, or buffer space utilization, and may temporarily record identified data based on the inspection. The network device may detect a TCP session flap when a finish packet or a reset packet is identified and recorded, and may store, in a dead TCP session list, the identified data based on the TCP session flap being detected.

摘要: A node receives an internet protocol (IP) payload packet that includes an IPv6 transport header that has been extended with a compressed routing header (CRH). The CRH includes a list of segment identifiers (SIDs) that identify nodes that the IP payload packet is to traverse. The node determines, by referencing the list of SIDs, a next segment for the IP payload packet. The node updates a destination IP address that is included in the IPv6 transport header to a particular destination IP address of a next-hop node. The node updates a remaining segments value, included in the CRH, that identifies a number of segments left in a route of the IP payload packet. The node provides the IP payload packet to the next-hop node to allow the next-hop node to route the IP payload packet to another node in the network or to a destination device.

摘要: A method, apparatus and system for transmitting control information in a header of a physical protocol data unit (PPDU), such as an IEEE 802.11 compliant PPDU. Embodiments include indicating control features in an EDMG PPDU for Wireless LAN communications. The method and system may include overloading at least one bit of a Scrambler Initialization Field in the PPDU header (e.g. the PHY header) to convey control information, as well as to be used to initialize the scrambler shift register. The same header bits are thus used for both purposes. Examples of control information include a primary channel, channel width or MIMO configuration to be used in further communication.

摘要: Techniques are provided for medium access control header obfuscation. One example method includes a first device encrypting a data payload using a first encryption algorithm. The first device can encrypt a field of a medium access control (MAC) header using a second encryption algorithm, different from the first encryption algorithm. The first device can generate a data frame comprising the encrypted MAC header field and the encrypted payload. The first device can transmit the data frame to a second communication device.

摘要: Some embodiments provide a method for a first managed forwarding element operating within a first data compute node (DCN) that executes on a host machine. From the first DCN, the method receives a packet destined for a second DCN that is logically connected to the first DCN through a set of logical forwarding elements of a logical network. The method performs forwarding processing on the packet in order to (i) identify a particular logical forwarding element in the set of logical forwarding elements, a logical port of which is coupled to the second DCN, and (ii) identify a second managed forwarding element that implements the logical port of the particular logical forwarding element. The method forwards the packet to the second managed forwarding element.
