摘要: It is an object to provide a blade member for an airplane which is simple in structure, and moreover is excellent with respects to weight, aerodynamic performance, cost, strength and durability. A vane of a double-slotted flap includes: an outer skin area surrounded by a first outer skin, a second outer skin, a leading edge and a trailing edge each having a predetermined wall thickness. Front and rear reinforcing areas are provided that extend in a span direction within the outer skin area and are connected to the first outer skin and the second outer skin. The outer skin area and the reinforcing areas are integrally formed by wire electrical discharge-machining. The first outer skin and the second outer skin respectively have thickened portions thicker than the other portions, and the trailing edge is formed to have a thickness which is approximately zero. This blade member can be simplified in structure, leading to reductions in the number of parts, number of assembling steps and weight. Moreover, no step nor seam is generated on a surface of the blade member, and hence it is possible to prevent an increase in drag and the generation of corrosion.

摘要: A magnetic material manufacturing method, a ribbon-shaped magnetic material manufactured by the method, a powdered magnetic material formed from the ribbon-shaped magnetic material and a bonded magnet manufactured using the powdered magnet material are disclosed. The method and the magnetic materials can provide magnets having excellent magnetic properties and reliability. A melt spinning apparatus 1 is provided with a tube 2 having a nozzle 3 at the bottom thereof, a coil 4 for heating the tube and a cooling roll 5 having a circumferential surface 53 on which dimple correcting means is provided. A melt spun ribbon 8 is formed by injecting the molten alloy 6 from the nozzle 3 so as to be collided with the circumferential surface 53 of the cooling roll 5 in an inert gas atmosphere (ambient gas) such as helium gas, so that the molten alloy 6 is cooled and then solidified. In this process, dimples to be produced on a roll contact surface of the melt spun ribbon are divided by the dimple correcting means, thereby preventing formation of huge dimples.

A melt spinning apparatus 1 is provided with a tube 2 having a nozzle 3 at the bottom thereof, a coil 4 for heating the tube and a cooling roll 5 having a circumferential surface 53 in which gas expelling grooves 54 are formed. A melt spun ribbon 8 is formed by injecting the molten alloy 6 from the nozzle 6 so as to be collided with the circumferential surface 53 of the cooling roll 5, so that the molten alloy 6 is cooled and then solidified. In this process, gas is likely to enter between a puddle 7 of the molten alloy 6 and the circumferential surface 53, but such gas is expelled by means of the gas expelling grooves 54.

摘要: An oil supply system for an engine includes a pump body provided with a first outlet port and a second outlet port. The oil supply system further includes a hydraulic-oil-delivery passage, a first oil passage, a second oil passage and a return hydraulic passage. The valve body divides a hydraulic-oil receiving portion for receiving the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic-pressure control valve chamber into a first valve chamber and a second valve chamber. When the hydraulic pressure oil delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage is in a predetermined value, the hydraulic oil discharged out of the second outlet port is delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage via the first valve chamber. When the hydraulic pressure delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage exceeds the predetermined value, the hydraulic oil discharged out of the second outlet port is delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage via the second valve chamber.
