A method for chemical vapor deposition using a showerhead through which at least one reactive gas and a purge gas are injected over a substrate, wherein the method includes: disposing the showerhead such that the bottom surface of the showerhead is spaced apart from the substrate by a predetermined distance; supplying a reactive gas and an injection support gas into the showerhead, wherein reactive gases of different kinds are respectively delivered into compartments formed at inside of the showerhead; mixing each reactive gas with its corresponding injection support gas in each mixing zone at inside of the showerhead; supplying a purge gas into a separated compartment at inside of the showerhead; and injecting the reactive gas mixed with the injection support gas and the purge gas through a plurality of reactive gas exits and a plurality of purge gas exits formed at the bottom surface of the showerhead, respectively.

An embodiment of the present invention is directed to a pyrolysis device including a reactor in which an injected raw material and a melted liquid metal are present together, a circulating pump connected to the reactor, a buffer tank disposed on an upper portion of the reactor and receiving the liquid metal from the circulating pump, a nozzle coupled with the buffer tank and jetting the liquid metal within the buffer tank into the reactor, a separating apparatus separating pyrolyzed char and slag, and a combustion furnace connected to the reactor to combust the fuel supplied from the reactor and supply heat to the reactor, thereby reacting the liquid metal sprays jetted from the nozzle with gases generated in the reactor to purify the gases.

The present invention relates to a diffusion sheet, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight unit using the same for a liquid crystal display. The diffusion sheet of the present invention is configured to have at least two or more fibrous layers alternately embedded within a matrix, and arranged at the combination of at least two or more angles of 0°, 90° and ±θ between successive layers, each fibrous layer having fibers arranged in parallel to each other in one direction, so that the diffusion sheet promotes two-dimensional diffusion distributions, thus uniformly diffusing the light irrespective of the initial angle and direction, to a method for manufacturing a diffusion sheet wherein a matrix component and a fibrous layer component are simultaneously extruded to allow fibrous layers to be arranged in situ in a matrix, the present invention has the benefit of simultaneously shortening the process and thinning the thickness. Furthermore, by using the diffusion sheet according to the present invention, a liquid crystal display backlight unit having high opacity and improved light diffusion property can be provided.

An optical coherence tomography (OCT) probe using lead zirconate titanate (PZT). In the OCT probe using PZT, a sine wave is induced from a vibrator made of a piezoelectric element, so that an image in which the scanning range is increased can be captured due to the vibration of the vibrator. A decrease in the vibration of the vibrator can be minimized by optimizing the position where the base fixes the vibrator.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly corrosion-resistant Zr-group amorphous alloy composition containing a higher Zr content compared to existing amorphous alloys, and comprising only commercial metal elements, and thereby has superior industrial and economic utility and is easily rendered practical. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the Zr-group amorphous alloy composition comprising: 67-78 atomic percent of Zr; 4-13 atomic percent of Al and/or Co; 15-24 atomic percent of Cu and/or Ni, wherein glass forming ability of the Zr-group amorphous alloy composition is at least 0.5 mm.

The present invention relates to a method for outputting a convergence index, and more particularly, to a method for outputting a convergence index by utilizing patent information. According to the method for outputting the convergence index of the present invention, the convergence index can be outputted by using time information related to a patent which is included in a patent group, a patent classification, and an industrial classification that corresponds to the patent classification. The method for outputting the convergence index of the present invention systematically outputs the convergence index by using patent data, which is an objective data, thereby outputting the convergence index which is objective and appropriate.

In order to produce metallurgical grade silicon and solar cell grade polysilicon in batches, a method of the present invention comprises: a step of reduction in an arc furnace, consisting of removing C and CO in a silicon reduction atmosphere using silica stone and carbon black by an arc so as to produce metallurgical grade silicon; a step of refining by slag consisting of removing phosphorus (P) and boron (B) by slag; a step of refining by unidirectional solidification consisting of removing metal impurities (Fe, Al, Ti, Mn, etc.) by means of unidirectional solidification; and a step of steam plasma-electromagnetism continuous refining consisting of charging a furnace with the unidirectionally solidified silicon and removing boron (B) by a steam plasma torch.

The present invention relates to a technique for manufacturing a unit cell for a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) which can improve the output of the unit cell of the solid oxide fuel cell, without occurring cost due to an additional process. The unit cell of the solid oxide fuel cell, comprises: a fuel electrode support body; a fuel electrode reaction layer; an electrolyte; and an air electrode, wherein the fuel electrode support body is made from an NiO and YSZ mixed material, the fuel electrode reaction layer is made from a CeScSZ and NiO mixed material, the electrolyte is made from a CeCsSZ material, and wherein the air electrode is made from an LSM and CeScSZ mixed material.
