    摘要: The present invention relates to a processing method for processing a substrate, and comprises a step of coating a coating solution on a surface of the substrate while relatively moving a coating solution discharge nozzle and the substrate and discharging the coating solution from the nozzle onto the substrate. Thereafter, the substrate is exposed to a solvent atmosphere of the coating solution or the pressure is temporarily applied thereto in a container. Thereafter, the pressure inside the container in which the substrate is housed is reduced to dry the coating solution on the substrate. According to the present invention, it is possible to narrow the so-called edge cutting width, which is at a periphery part of the substrate and is not commercialized, and to maintain an in-plane uniformity of the coating film.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing a transplantable liver tissue, cell colonies suitable for the process, and a process for preparing them. At least about 70 % of the cells in the small hepatocyte-rich colonies of the present invention are small hepatocytes. In particular, each colony comprises about 10 to 30 cells and the number of the small hepatocytes is at least about 70 % based on the total number of the cells in the colony. A process for preparing such small hepatocyte-rich colonies is also disclosed. The present invention also discloses a process for inducing the maturation of the small hepatocyte-rich colonies into a liver tissue and a method of estimating the effect of a drug, particularly the effect thereof connected with normal liver function in vitro, using the cell colonies enriched with the small hepatocytes which have been induced to be matured.

    摘要: A mounting apparatus includes: a heater head for bonding a liquid crystal display and a flexible printed circuit board by thermocompression; a cylinder as a heater head driving means for driving heater head to compress the liquid crystal display and flexible printed circuit board by a prescribed load; and a control mechanism as a stretch amount controlling means for adjusting a load change per unit of time after the heater head starts compressing the flexible printed circuit board by the cylinder as well as a time at which a required load is attained to control the stretch amount of the flexible printed circuit board by thermocompression. Preferably, the mounting apparatus is provided with a mechanism which performs measurement after preliminary bonding and which performs regular bonding while controlling based on the obtained information.
