摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch device, especially a hydrodynamic torque converter. The clutch device has a housing in which is formed a fluid chamber. The fluid chamber is divided into two fluid chamber areas by a piston of a lockup clutch, which piston is fixed with respect to relative rotation at the housing and is movable axially with respect to a housing axis, namely, into a first fluid chamber containing a turbine wheel and impeller wheel and possibly a stator wheel, and a second fluid chamber. A fluid pressure which is higher than a fluid pressure in the first fluid chamber area can be applied to the second fluid chamber area in order to bring the lockup clutch into a lockup state. In a non-lockup state of the lockup clutch, the two fluid chamber areas are in a fluid flow connection and fluid can be supplied to the fluid chamber via the first fluid chamber area. When fluid is supplied to the first fluid chamber area fluid can be discharged from the fluid chamber exclusively via the second fluid chamber area in the non-lockup state.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper, especially for transmission of torque in a hydrodynamic torque converter, includes a primary side, a secondary side, and a plurality of damper spring arrangements arranged between the primary side and the secondary side such that the primary side is rotatable relative to the secondary side against an urgency of the damper spring arrangement. Each damper spring arrangement has at least one spring and is supported in each circumferential end area at a supporting area of the secondary side and at a first and a second supporting area of the primary side which are arranged on both axial sides of the associated supporting area of the secondary side. The primary side has a substantially annular carrier part and at least one of the first and second supporting areas of the primary side are constructed as separate parts that are connected for rotation with the primary side.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper for a lockup clutch of a hydrodynamic torque converter is provided with a drive-side damper element which is in operative connection with energy accumulators of a damping device and is provided with a driven-side damper element serving to support the energy accumulators in the circumferential direction. The individual energy accumulators are connected with one another by sliding elements which are movable in the circumferential direction along a guide path. The guide path is accommodated at one of the damper elements and a securing device for securing against axial movements of the sliding elements is associated with the guide path. This securing device is formed at the side of the guide path which faces the sliding elements and has a positive engagement with at least one of the sliding elements.

摘要: A motor vehicle includes a drive train having a drive unit, a gearbox having a first gearbox input shaft and a second gearbox input shaft, and a clutch having a first clutch device which is associated with the first gearbox input shaft, and a second clutch device which is associated with the second gearbox input shaft, for transferring torque between the drive unit and the gearbox. The first and second clutch devices are plate clutches to which an operating fluid, such as a cooling oil, is supplied to operate the same. The gearbox is associated with an actuator device and a control device for controlling the actuator device, the arrangement of which enables the gears associated with the first and second gearbox input shafts to be engaged and disengaged. The control device is designed such that at least one gear is automatically engaged by the actuator device, as a result of the clutch release of the vehicle.

摘要: The invention is directed to a multiple-clutch device, such as a double-clutch device, for arranging in a drivetrain of a motor vehicle between a drive unit and a transmission, wherein the clutch device has a first clutch arrangement associated with a first transmission input shaft of the transmission and a second clutch arrangement associated with a second transmission input shaft of the transmission for transmitting torque between the drive unit and the transmission. According to one aspect of the invention, it is suggested that at least one of the clutch arrangements is constructed as a plate clutch arrangement and has an actuating piston defining a pressure chamber for actuation, preferably for engagement, of the plate clutch arrangement by means of a pressure medium, preferably hydraulic medium, wherein cooling fluid, possibly cooling oil, can be supplied to the plate clutch arrangement from a cooling fluid supply, possibly a cooling oil supply, wherein the actuating piston, and also, if desired, a plate carrier, possibly an outer plate carrier, has at least one pressure compensation opening and/or cooling fluid outlet opening in a radial outer and/or central area.

摘要: A hydrodynamic coupling device includes an impeller wheel with an impeller shell and a vane arrangement and a turbine wheel with a turbine shell and vane arrangement. The vane arrangements of the impeller wheel and the turbine wheel form a hydrodynamic circuit. A lockup clutch is constructed with an axially movable piston for transmitting torque by the application of pressure in the direction of a primary flange of a clutch housing via at least one friction facing provided axially between the piston and the primary flange. The lockup clutch has a torsional vibration damper with a drive-side transmission element and a driven-side transmission element which is movable relative to the latter, each of which is provided with driving means for elastic elements. The torsional vibration damper has a damping device that penetrates axially, at least along part of its axial extension, into an annular space that is enclosed by the turbine wheel and at least partially enclosed by the impeller wheel such that the damping device is arranged radially inside of the hydrodynamic circuit. The annular space is formed by an axial bulge of a radial lengthening of the turbine shell. The radial lengthening projects radially inward up to the turbine hub. The axial bulge approaches the side of the clutch housing remote of a drive up to the width of a gap, and this gap has a width which is sufficient to ensure that the turbine wheel can move relative to the clutch housing without contact.

The torsional vibration damper has a drive-side transmission element and a driven-side transmission element which is rotatable relative to the latter, each of which is provided with driving means for elastic elements of the torsional vibration damper. A first driving device is provided at a radial outer area of the turbine wheel. For an arrangement of the elastic elements substantially radially outside of the impeller wheel, the first driving device extends beyond this impeller wheel. The second driving device has at least one area radially outside of the elastic elements which receives a friction facing or which serves as a friction surface for the friction facing.
