摘要: A black polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The black polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further include chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The black polyester film further includes a black additive.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer, which includes a step of preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer by initiating and carrying out polymerization while continuously adding conjugated diene-based monomers to a reactor, and in which an emulsifier is dividedly added before the initiation of the polymerization and when a polymerization conversion rate of 31% to 80% is reached. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer and a method for preparing a graft copolymer including the method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer, by which a total usage amount of an emulsifier can be reduced.

摘要: Provided herein are polymer compositions comprising a polymer and polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based polymer processing aid (PPA). The polyethylene glycol can have molecular weight less than 40,000 g/mol. The polymer can be a C2-C6 olefin homopolymer or a copolymer of two or more C2-C20 α-olefins, and the polymer composition can take the form of polymer pellets; a polymer melt; reactor-grade polymer granules and/or polymer slurries; or other form of polymer composition containing the PPA and optionally one or more other additives. The polymer composition is preferably free or substantially free of fluorine, including fluoropolymer-based PPAs.

摘要: The invention relates to a flame retardant (meth)acrylate composition combining an impact-resistant (meth)acrylic polymer (such as Solarkote® resin from Trinseo) with specific levels of selected organic phosphinate and selected organic phosphorous flame retardants. The composition is halogen free, with superior flame performance, flowability and impact resistance. The composition of the invention is melt-processible and can be co-extruded with a thermoplastic substrate material to obtain a multilayer structure, having a tough, impact resistant cap layer(s). The obtained multilayer structure can be further thermoformed into useful profiles and structures, such as the exterior housing of EV charging stations and car wash stations, automotive applications, aerospace, and building and construction applications.
