摘要: The present invention, in one embodiment, provides a method of measuring pressure or temperature using a sensor including a sensor element composed of a plurality of carbon nanotubes. In one example, the resistance of the plurality of carbon nanotubes is measured in response to the application of temperature or pressure. The changes in resistance are then recorded and correlated to temperature or pressure. In one embodiment, the present invention provides for independent measurement of pressure or temperature using the sensors disclosed herein.

The nanoantennas are used to tag a target of interest and emit a wavelength to impart a unique biometric signature. The nanoantennas are detectable by selectively harvesting and plasmonically enhancing incident light in the visible region, then upconverting that energy through an activated phosphor.

摘要: The method of the present disclosure is directed towards the formation of a three-dimensional carbon structure and includes the steps of adding a radical initiator to an amount of carbon starting material, forming a mixture, placing the mixture in a mold, maintaining the mixture and the mold at an elevated temperature for a period of time to form a thermally cross-linked molded mixture and removing the thermally cross-linked molded mixture from the mold. The disclosure also includes a three-dimensional carbon structure, with that structure including a thermally cross-linked carbon base material in a predetermined formation.

摘要: Disclosed is a porous carbon nanotube microsphere material and the preparation method and use thereof, a lithium metal-skeleton carbon composite and the preparation method thereof, a negative electrode of a secondary battery, a secondary battery, and a metal-skeleton carbon composite. The porous carbon nanotube microsphere material is spherical or spheroidal particles composed of carbon nanotubes. The spherical or spheroidal particles have an average diameter of 1 μm to 100 μm. A large number of nanoscale pores are composed of interlaced nanotubes inside the particle, and the pore size is 1 nm to 200 nm. The preparation method thereof comprises: mixing and dispersing carbon nanotubes and a solvent, and performing spray drying, to obtain the carbon nanotube microspheres. The lithium metal-skeleton carbon composite is obtained by uniformly mixing lithium metal in a melted state with a porous carbon material carrier and cooling.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a capacitor that includes two electric cladding elements with at least one graphene layer. The two electric cladding elements are separated by a layer of electrically insulating polymer. The layer of electrically insulating polymer is in a form of a wound tape arranged in a housing, wherein each of the electric cladding elements is electrically connected to electrical connectors led through an external casing. The present invention also encompasses the use of such a capacitor as an important element of electronic circuitry in audio systems.
