    摘要： A lactulose syrup suitable for use in the production of foods and drugs is produced by the alkali isomerization of lactose. Elimination of monosaccharides formed in the reaction mixture, such as galactose, is conducted by passing the reaction mixture through a column packed with beads of a strongly-acidic chromatographic cation-exchange resin, said beads having substantially the same crosslinking degree, and then collecting lactulose-containing eluate fractions. This process is suitable for the industrial production of a high-purity lactulose syrup.

The first belt has a cord angle of 40.degree. to 75.degree. relative to the circumferential direction of the tire and is split into left and right portions provided on left and right shoulder portions, respectively, so as to provide a space in the central region of a crown portion provided with either at least one organic fiber cord layer having a total tensile strength per unit width of at least 240 kgf/cm and a cord angle of 0.degree. to 10.degree. or an inextensible fiber cord layer having a two-layer structure wherein the sum of the tensile moduli per unit width in the initial tension of all the cords is at least 1.3.times.10.sup.3 kgf/cm, the cord angle is larger than 0.degree. and two layers in the two-layer structure cross each other at an absolute angle smaller than the cord angle of the second and third belts. The second belt comprises cords provided at a cord angle of 22.degree. to 30.degree.. The third belt comprises cords crossing the cords constituting the second belt and provided at a cord angle of 10.degree. to 16.degree.. The fourth belt comprises cords provided at a cord angle of at least 18.degree..

    摘要： A superconducting device including a superconducting coil is suitable for use in a nuclear magnetic resonance computer tomography apparatus which requires a highly-uniform, highly-stable magnetostatic field. However, a serious problem arises when a large-sized superconducting coil is to be installed in a small room of a hospital or the like. A superconducting device capable of solving this problem is disclosed in which a very low temperature vessel having the form of a cylinder contains a superconducting coil in a state that the superconducting coil is immersed in a very low temperature coolant, and very low temperature coolant inlet port communicating the very low temperature vessel for introducing the very low temperature coolant into the very low temperature vessel is provided along a radial direction perpendicular to the horizontal center axis of the superconducting device and inclined at a desired angle with a vertical direction. The above superconducting device can be installed in a small room of a hospital, and makes easy a very low temperature coolant introducing operation.
