Abstract: A method for preparing the display substrate includes: providing a first substrate, and forming a light emitting chip layer on the first substrate to form a first backplane, wherein the light emitting chip layer includes: light emitting chips arranged in array, which are configured to emit light of a first color and include N sub-pixels, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1; providing a second substrate, and forming a drive circuit layer on the second substrate to form a second backplane, wherein the drive circuit layer includes: connection electrodes arranged in an array, and the light emitting chips correspond to the connection electrodes one-by-one; transferring the first backplane from which the first substrate is peeled off to the second backplane; forming an optical film layer on a side of the light emitting chip layer away from the second backplane.

Abstract: A display panel includes a light-emitting substrate, an opposite substrate, and an intermediate layer assembly between the light-emitting substrate and the opposite substrate. The light-emitting substrate has a light-emitting surface configured to allow light to be emitted from, and the light emitted from the light-emitting surface is directed to the opposite substrate. The intermediate layer assembly includes a thin film encapsulation layer, a filler layer, and an overcoat that are sequentially stacked in a pointing direction vertically pointing from the light-emitting substrate to the opposite substrate. The thin film encapsulation layer includes at least two encapsulation sub-layers that are stacked in the pointing direction. In the pointing direction, refractive indexes of the encapsulation sub-layers gradually increase. A refractive index of the overcoat is higher than a refractive index of the filler layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifting device, a driving method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifting device of the present disclosure includes: data lines, scan lines and phase shifting units. Each phase shifting unit includes: a switch sub-circuit and a phase shifter. Control terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same row are coupled to a same scan line, first terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same column are coupled to a same data line, and a second terminal of each switch sub-circuit is coupled to a phase shifter included in the phase shifting unit to which the switch sub-circuit belongs. Each switch sub-circuit is configured to transmit, in response to a switch control signal provided by the scan line, a data voltage signal provided by the data line to the phase shifter to drive the phase shifter.
