In particular, a metal-clad laminate apt to have abnormal parts such as rumples is produced from the film, and an FPC reduced in dimensional change is obtained in high yield. The polyimide film has a tan δ peak temperature within a range of 320° C. or more and lower than 380° C. in measuring a dynamic viscoelasticity, and is characterized by having a maximum sag of 13 mm or less.

    摘要: Communication between a scanner and a wireless IC tag is performed with certainty. An installation hole is formed in the side surface of a tire and a holder with wireless IC tag 10 housing a wireless IC tag 18 is inserted into this installation hole. The holder with wireless IC tag 10 can open and close. It is opened, the wireless IC tag 18 is housed in a pocket 20, the holder with wireless IC tag 10 is closed and inserted into the installation hole. The holder with wireless IC tag 10 housing the wireless IC tag 18 is inserted into the outer surface of the tire so a scanner can be brought close to the wireless IC tag 18, which can reliably communicate with the scanner. Further, the holder with wireless IC tag 10 is installed to the tire after vulcanization so there does not cause damage to the wireless IC tag 18 due to heat and the like.

A method for producing a flexible laminate including a heat-resistant adhesive film (A) and a metal foil (B) bonded to at least one surface of the heat-resistant adhesive film (A) includes a step of performing thermal lamination by passing the heat-resistant adhesive film (A) and the metal foil (B) between at least one pair of metal rollers through a protective film; a step of slowly cooling a laminate including the heat-resistant adhesive film (A), the metal foil (B), and the protective film; and a step of separating the protective film. The slow cooling step is preferably performed by providing a heating mechanism, in particular, a slow-cooling roller, of which temperature is set lower than the surface temperature of the metal rollers. The surface temperature of the slow-cooling roller is preferably set lower than the surface temperature of the metal rollers by 50° C. to 250° C.
