    摘要: The present invention implements communication control with user's service subscription information reflected in a mobile communication network. A QoS control server for providing a communication quality control function of a network, a user information management server for managing user's service information, a service proxy server for transferring a service control message transmitted by a user to a service control server, a service relay server for relaying a message between service control servers in two different networks, and a service control server for exercising service control based on user service information are included. In user service start processing, the service control server or service relay server transmits a service control message inclusive of service subscription information acquired beforehand to the service proxy server. The QoS control server acquires the service subscription information from the service proxy server. Thus, subscriber information is reflected to communication quality control processing.

    摘要: A handoff method of wireless LAN comprises the steps of: 1) immediately starting by a mobile terminal to count time from a time point of entering the wireless LAN or building the new association, that is, when building association with a certain access point; 2) always tracking a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the old access point by the mobile terminal, and once the mobile terminal starts getting weak, starting to search for a near access point and making a preparation for handoff, and issuing a probe request signal to a new access point, and always responding to a probe response message by the new access point after receiving the probe request signal; and 3) judging by the mobile terminal whether or not to associate the new access point according to a signal strength and an association time of each of the access points, and if a judging result is yes, issuing the reassociation request signal to the new access point. Accordingly, the new access point issues a reassociation response message to build the new association.

    摘要: A mobile communication system with a packet switching function which enables sharing of radio resources among mobile stations, wherein a mobile station which has generated a request for communication quality assurance periodically sends a packet for requesting preferential use of a radio channel in order to prevent timeout of the state transition timer, timeout of which would cancel radio channel assignment to the mobile station and bring it into a dormant state if a certain period elapses without transmission or reception of a signal, so that it can remain in the active state and hold the radio channel continuously. In addition, when the mobile station requesting communication quality assurance moves from one cell to another or requests radio channel assignment, the base station controller controls the radio base station so that the mobile station can be assigned a radio channel by sending a priority request packet.
