摘要： In an eccentric radial piston pump, a rib 12 protruded in a radial direction is formed on an inner peripheral surface of an end portion on a discharge side of an eccentric cam ring 3 over a prescribed range. In an eccentric radial piston motor, a rib 12 protruded in a radial direction is formed on an inner peripheral surface of an end portion on a high pressure side of an eccentric cam ring 3 over a prescribed range. By the rib 12 formed in the radial direction, a rigidity of the eccentric cam ring 3 can be improved, and the eccentric cam ring can be prevented from being deformed by a thrust from the piston. Thus, the rigidity of the eccentric cam ring can be increased without increasing the thickness of the eccentric cam ring, and further the eccentric radial piston pump and the eccentric radial piston motor in which outside dimensions in the radial direction are reduced can be provided.

摘要： To provide a technique for relatively easily preventing yellowing of a PDP that uses silver electrodes, and a PDP utilizing the technique that is capable of displaying images with high luminance and high quality. To form the electrodes, an alloy composed of Ag as a main constituent and a transition metal (at least one selected from Cu, Cr, Co, Ni, Mn, and Fe) is used, or an oxide of such a transition metal is added. Alternatively, an alloy composed of Ag as a main constituent and a metal (at least one selected from Ru, Rh, Ir, Os, and Re) is used, or an oxide of such a metal is added. 摘要： An air conditioner for a vehicle having a passenger compartment has an electric-powered hot water pump in addition to a mechanical hot water pump driven by an engine mounted on the vehicle. The electric-powered hot water pump is activated while the engine is stopped. However, the electric-powered hot water pump is kept in a non-activation state while an air mix door is positioned in a low temperature side as compared to a predetermined value and an elapsed time after the engine is stopped is within a predetermined time so that power consumption by the electric-powered hot water pump can be decreased suitable for a hybrid vehicle having a driving motor in addition to the engine.

摘要： An apparatus of measuring an electric signal comprises a laser device, optical elements, an electrooptic crystal, a photoelectric converter, and an electric circuit. The electrooptic crystal is selected from the materials in the type of having properties of changing its refractive index in the direction of its optic major axes and the direction of these axes by a function of an applied electric field. In the apparatus, the electrooptic crystal is placed in the electric field applied by an electric circuit under measurement. A laser beam emitted from the laser device is incident on the electrooptic crystal. A reflected light passed through the crystal is resolved into rays in two polarized direction. Each ray is subjected to a photoelectric conversion by passing through the photoelectric converter and exerted as an electric output. A differential signal of the electric output is defined as a measurement signal. By selecting two polarized directions of the laser beam by a half-wave plate as the optical element, two signals corresponding to the changes in the refractive index and optic major axes of the crystal. Two component of a vector of the electric field can be obtained by a first order combination of these signals.
