摘要: The invention provides an incubator 1 wherein a microplate transport device 5 is disposed inside a chamber 11 centrally thereof. The transport device 5 comprises a transport table 50 for placing a microplate thereon and is capable of driving the table 50 along the directions of three axes, i.e., X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis. A plurality of stackers 3 are arranged in the direction of Y-axis at each of opposite sides of the transport device 5 along the direction of X-axis. Each of the stackers 3 has a plurality of microplate accommodating portions arranged in the direction of Z-axis. The microplate is movable into or out of the desired accommodating portion by the transport device 5.

摘要: It is to enable control of an optical transceiver through radio communication. The optical transmitting/receiving apparatus comprises: an optical transceiver which transmits and receives an optical signal to/from outside via an optical fiber; a control device for controlling the optical transceiver; and a main signal wiring system and a control wiring system, which are formed between the optical transceiver and the control device. The main signal wiring system is constituted with a wired circuit for transmitting a main signal that is an electric signal converted mutually with the optical signal. The control wiring system is constituted with a radio circuit for mutually transmitting a monitoring signal that is outputted from the optical transceiver and a control signal that is outputted from the control device based on the monitoring signal for controlling the optical transceiver.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing an electronic part having a plurality of wiring patterns and an insulating layer interposed between the wiring patterns and serving to establish electrical connection between the wiring patterns through an interlayer connecting portion penetrating the insulating layer. In the method, a first step of forming a wiring pattern and a columnar conductor and a second step of forming a layer having a uniform thickness by bonding an insulating sheet from above and pressing the insulating sheet to the height of the columnar conductor with the columnar conductor as a stopper so as to conform the thickness of the insulating sheet to the height of the columnar conductor are repeated.

摘要: Provided are: a novel aromatic amine derivative having an asymmetric structure; and an organic electroluminescence device having one or multiple organic thin film layers including at least a light emitting layer, the one or multiple organic thin film layers being interposed between a cathode and an anode. The aromatic amine derivative realizes the organic EL device capable of suppressing the crystallization of a molecule, improving yields upon production of the organic EL device, and having a long lifetime when at least one layer of the one or more multiple organic thin film layers contains the aromatic amine derivative alone or as a component of a mixture.
