Abstract: Provided are a structural energy-saving, heat-insulated and decorative integrated plate and a manufacturing method therefor. The method includes: step 1: welding outer side keels, an inner side keel and a bottom keel into a wall framework; step 2: fixing an inner side decorative plate and an outer side decorative plate on the wall framework through shoot nails, and a hollow structure formed by the inner side decorative plate, the outer side decorative plate and the wall framework being a filling and pouring layer; and step 3: grouting the filling and pouring layer, to form a wall filled with cement foamed polystyrene particles. The present invention features a rational structure, manufactures an integrated wall plate with decorated inner and outer sides, and can replace patterns on the decorative plates. The integrated plate features energy saving, environmental friendliness, shock resistance, compression resistance, fire prevention, heat insulation and sound insulation.

Abstract: The invention relates to a composite heat insulation system, comprising an insulating layer, optionally a reinforcing layer, which is applied to the insulating layer, and a cover layer, which is applied to the insulating layer or, if present, to the reinforcing layer, characterized in that the cover layer contains composite particles, wherein the composite particles contain at least one organic polymer and at least one inorganic solid, wherein the weight percentage of inorganic solid is 15 to 40 wt %, with respect to the total weight of organic polymer and inorganic solid in the composite particle.

Abstract: A composition for forming fire resistant concrete block, that includes a cementitious binder material comprising alumina cement, recycled fine aggregate, and recycled coarse aggregates, the recycled fine aggregates including 10-50 wt % recycled particulate glass cullet having a particle size of 600 microns or less, a concrete block formed from the composition exhibiting a decrease in thermal conductivity with increasing temperature at temperatures causing the particulate glass cullet to melt. A concrete block fabricated from the composition exhibits a fire resistance of at least three hours, a density below 2000 kg/m3, and a compressive strength of at least 7 MPa.

Abstract: An insulating monolithic refractory material having sufficient curing strength and usable time ensured and exhibiting excellent stability at high temperature. The insulating monolithic refractory material comprises a binder and a refractory raw material; a bulk specific gravity thereof is 0.8 to 1.8 when a kneaded mixture of the insulating monolithic refractory material with water is cured at normal temperature for 24 hours and then dried at 110° C. for 24 hours; the binder comprises a calcium aluminate cement including CaO and Al2O3 as chemical components and a strontium aluminate cement including SrO and Al2O3 as chemical components; and on the basis of 100% by mass as a total mass of the binder and the refractory raw material, a content of the strontium aluminate cement is 2 to 10% by mass, and a content of CaO derived from the calcium aluminate cement is 1 to 12% by mass.

Abstract: Various cement-containing compositions are disclosed, including insulating cement, forms, and prefabricated building materials produced from cement-containing compositions with insulating properties. Some of the preferred embodiments include expanded polystyrene and an acrylic component to provide enhanced insulating properties, or have a lower density, lighter weight, and increased insulating R-value in comparison with other cement-containing compositions.

Abstract: Disclosed is a slag comprising, on a dry basis and expressed as the total of the metal present as elemental metal and the presence of the metal in an oxidized state, a) at least 7% wt and at most 49% wt of Fe, b) at most 1.3% wt of Cu, c) at least 24% wt and at most 44% wt of SiO2, and d) at least 2.0% wt and at most 20% wt of CaO, characterised in that the slag comprises, on the same basis, e) at least 0.10% wt and at most 1.00% wt of Zn, f) at least 0.10% wt and at most 2.5% wt of MgO, and g) at most 0.100% wt of Pb. Further disclosed are an improved object comprising the slag, a process for the production of the slag, and a number of uses of the slag, whereby the slag may comprise up to at most 1.50% wt of zinc and down to 1.0% wt of CaO.

Abstract: The invention comprises a concrete form. The concrete form comprises a first panel having a first primary surface for contacting plastic concrete and a second primary surface opposite the first surface, wherein the first panel is made from a rigid plastic sheet or a metal sheet; and a second panel spaced from the second primary surface of the first panel, wherein the second panel is made from a rigid plastic sheet or a metal sheet. The concrete form also comprises a layer of insulating material disposed between the first panel and the second panel. A method of using the concrete form is also disclosed.
