摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for three-dimensionally laminating a ceramic denture in a color-and-transmittance variable manner. A base slurry and a light transmissive slurry are mixed at a ratio regulated by a main controller according to a slurry ratio parameter datum, and then a slurry mixture is laid on a substrate by a laying module to form a slurry layer; next, the slurry layer is photocured by a photocuring module according to a laminated graphic under control of the main controller; in such a manner, the slurry layers are laminated and cured one by one so that a denture green body is formed; finally, the denture green body is sintered at a high temperature to form a ceramic denture. The present invention allows each slurry layer to exhibit different color and transmittance, resulting in quite natural gradation of color and gradation of transmittance.

摘要: A blank for manufacturing molded dental components includes a blank body that includes tooth repairing material. A molded dental component is manufactured by removing portions of the tooth repairing material using a tool. The blank is encoded with at least one structure as a carrier of information regarding properties of the blank body. The at least one structure is arranged such that at least one of a position, dimensions, or a type of structure can be determined by sensing or measuring the blank. In this context, the position, the dimensions, or the type of the structure are embodied such that a value acquired during a determination of the above corresponds to information about a property of the blank body.

摘要: A multilayer sheet comprising first, second, and third layers is provided. The first layer consists of a co-polyester having an elongation at break of greater than 70%. The second layer consists of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer having an elongation at break of greater than 200% and a hardness of about 60 A to about 85 D. The first layer has a hardness greater than the hardness of the second layer. A mold is provided and the multilayer sheet is thermoformed over the mold to form a plurality of tooth-receiving cavities configured to receive and position a patient's teeth from a first arrangement toward a second arrangement. Excess material is trimmed from the thermoformed multilayer sheet to form the multilayer dental aligner.

摘要: To provide a dental stereolithography-type three-dimensional printing material in which the total preparing time required from modeling with using a 3D printer to a final curing is short, work efficiency is excellent, temporal shrinkage deformation of a dental three-dimensional modeled object is suppressed and a dimensional accuracy is excellent. The dental stereolithography-type three-dimensional printing material of the present invention comprises at least one or more (a) monofunctional acrylate monomer having an aromatic ring and (b) photopolymerization initiator, wherein an electronegativity difference between adjacent atoms which are bonded by covalent bond in all atoms constituting the (a) monofunctional acrylate monomer having an aromatic ring is less than 1.0.

Systems, methods and processes are provided to properly segment the teeth of a person's teeth from an image of the person's face showing at least some of the person's teeth (e.g., dental arch). Methods and systems are provided to automatically detect dental edges after a dental scan. Also described herein are methods and systems for generating a simulated image of the person's face from the final segmentation of the person's teeth in which the segmented teeth have been moved from their original position, including a new position based on an orthodontic treatment plan.

摘要: Provided is a silicate glass, a method for preparing a silicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass, and a method for preparing a lithium disilicate glass-ceramics by using the silicate glass, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a glass-ceramics that has a nanosize of 0.2 to 0.5 μm and contains lithium disilicate and silicate crystalline phases. A nano lithium disilicate glass-ceramics containing a SiO2 crystalline phase includes: a glass composition including 70 to 85 wt % SiO2, 10 to 13 wt % Li2O, 3 to 7 wt % P2O5 working as a nuclei formation agent, 0 to 5 wt % Al2O3 for increasing a glass transition temperature and a softening point and enhancing chemical durability of glass, 0 to 2 wt % ZrO2, 0.5 to 3 wt % CaO for increasing a thermal expansion coefficient of the glass, 0.5 to 3 wt % Na2O, 0.5 to 3 wt % K2O, and 1 to 2 wt % colorants, and 0 to 2.0 wt % mixture of MgO, ZnO, F, and La2O3.
