摘要: A high frequency power amplifier electronic component (RF power module) is so constituted as to apply bias to an amplifier FET in current mirror configuration. In this RF power module, deviation of a bias point due to the short channel effect of the FET is corrected, and variation in high frequency power amplifier characteristics reduced. The high frequency power amplifier circuit (RF power module) is so constituted that the bias voltage for the amplifier transistor in a high frequency power amplifier circuit is supplied from a bias transistor connected with the amplifier transistor in current mirror configuration. In addition to a pad (external terminal) connected with the control terminal of the amplifier transistor, a second pad is provided which is connected with the control terminal of the bias transistor connected with the amplifier transistor in current mirror configuration.

摘要: There is provided a method for reforming laminated films, which simultaneously reforms a plurality of laminated films by irradiating electron beams on the laminated films. The method for reforming laminated films includes the steps of forming a lower film by coating a first low dielectric material in liquid form on a surface of a substrate; forming an upper film by coating a second low dielectric material in liquid form on the lower film; and irradiating electron beams on the lower and upper film. A laminated film manufacturing system includes a mounting table for mounting thereon a substrate on which the laminated films are formed; and an electron beam unit having a plurality of electron beam tubes for irradiating electron beams on the laminated films to thereby simultaneously reform the films.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a braking control system for controlling a braking force applied to each of front and rear wheels of a four-wheel drive vehicle, which has a front differential gear connected to the front wheels, a rear differential gear connected to the rear wheels, and a center differential gear connected to the front and rear differential gears. A wheel speed sensor is provided for detecting wheel speeds of the wheels. A non-contact detector is provided for determining whether at least one wheel is not contacting the ground in the vehicle's path, on the basis of the wheel speeds detected by the wheel sensor. A downhill detector is provided for determining whether the vehicle's path is on a downhill road. An engine brake detector is provided for determining whether the vehicle is under an engine brake. And, a braking force controlling device is provided for controlling a braking force applied to each of the wheels independently, and adapted to apply the braking force to at least one of the wheels, when the downhill detector determines that the vehicle's path is on the downhill road, the engine brake detector determines that the vehicle is under the engine brake, and the non-contact detector determines that the at least one wheel is not contacting the ground.
