摘要: Automated driver assistance systems (ADAS) and methods that provide user-specific ADAS warnings each involve determining an identity of the driver of the vehicle, accessing a memory configured to store a set of user profiles, each user profile defining a set of ADAS warnings, identifying a target user profile based on whether the driver identity corresponds to any of the set of user profiles, including accessing one of the set of stored user profiles or creating and storing a new user profile, and, during a period after identifying the target user profile, updating the set of ADAS warnings defined by the target user profile based on the vehicle's operation and providing ADAS warnings based on the set of ADAS warnings defined by the target user profile.

For example, a method for determining an attention level of an occupant of a vehicle includes receiving sensor data associated with an occupant of a vehicle traveling along a road segment. The method also includes based on the sensor data, determining an attention level of the occupant corresponding to the road segment. The method also includes encoding the attention level in a database to facilitate one or more aspects of vehicle operation for vehicles travelling along the road segment.

摘要: In an approach to improve manual and autonomous operations of a vehicle embodiments predict a moving intention of a first vehicle. Based on the predicted moving intention embodiments broadcast and share the predicted vehicle moving intention of the first with a set of key vector data through a predefined network to a second vehicle. Further, embodiments receive the broadcasting signal embedded with the set of key vector data related to vehicle moving intention nearby and map the received vehicle moving intentions to two-dimensional (2d) or three-dimensional (3D) spatial map. Additionally, embodiments render the 2D or 3D spatial map with the mapped vehicle moving intentions in a virtual display.

The guidance action guides a driver of the vehicle to operate the steering operation element to avoid the risk factor. When the guidance action using the steering operation element is taken, avoidance information indicating an advancing direction of the vehicle to avoid the risk factor is displayed on the display device, and the risk information is displayed with a second emphasis degree lower than the first emphasis degree, or the risk information is not displayed.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for intelligent driving monitoring systems, advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving systems, and providing alerts to the driver of a vehicle, based on anomalies detected between driver behavior and environment captured by the outward facing camera. Various aspects of the driver, which may include his direction of sight, point of focus, posture, gaze, is determined by image processing of the upper visible body of the driver, by a driver facing camera in the vehicle. Other aspects of environment around the vehicle captured by the multitude of cameras in the vehicle are used to correlate driver behavior and actions with what is happening outside to detect and warn on anomalies, prevent accidents, provide feedback to the driver, and in general provide a safer driver experience.

摘要: A driving assistance device includes a processor connected to a memory. The processor detects a latent recognition region that is unconsciously recognized by a human in an entire imaging region of a captured image. The captured image is captured by an external camera that is provided in a mobile body. The captured image is an image of at least a traveling direction in which the mobile body travels. The latent recognition region is detected based on a predetermined feature value included in the captured image. The processor presents predetermined driving assistance information in a region on a display device. The region is estimated in accordance with the detected latent recognition region.

摘要: A driver monitor includes a processor configured to detect orientation of the face of a driver of a vehicle from a plurality of driver images generated by a camera mounted on the vehicle to take a picture of the driver, determine whether a duration during which the orientation of the driver's face inclines more than a predetermined angle in a yaw direction of the vehicle with respect to a reference direction is not less than a predetermined time threshold, when the vehicle is under autonomous driving control, notify a transition demand for taking over driving of the vehicle to the driver via a notification device when the duration is less than the predetermined time threshold, and omit to notify the transition demand to the driver when the duration is not less than the predetermined time threshold.
