摘要: An electrical testing system is adapted to perform electrical tests on devices fabricated on successive frames of a web of substrate, each frame including a plurality of fiducial marks. A digital imaging system captures a digital image of a frame, which is analyzed to determine spatial relationships between positions of a set of test pads and positions of the fiducial marks. The frame is advanced to an electrical test fixture which includes a set of test probes adapted to make electrical contact with the test pads. A fiducial sensing system including a plurality of fiducial sensors determines positions of the fiducial marks. The position of the electrical test fixture is adjusted responsive to the determined spatial relationships and the determined fiducial mark positions so that the test probes are aligned with corresponding test pads, and an electrical test of the device is performed.

摘要: Pumping systems and methods for delivering a plurality of different pumpable materials serially at a location at substantially the same flow rate includes a plurality of diaphragm pumps, wherein each diaphragm pump has a first chamber for receiving a hydraulic fluid from a first and/or second hydraulic fluid source and a second chamber for receiving a material to be pumped from one of a plurality of pumpable material sources. A sensor is provided for detecting the pressure of the hydraulic fluid in each of the first chambers of the plurality of diaphragm pumps and is operable to activate the source of hydraulic fluid to ensure that the hydraulic fluid in each of the first chambers of the plurality of diaphragm pumps has an equivalent pressure.

摘要: A method and CPAP apparatus characterizes different mask systems, e.g., masks and hoses. The CPAP apparatus can be calibrated for different mask systems and hoses by including sensors that measure flow and pressure at a flow generator of the apparatus. When the generator is fitted to a new mask system, or any changes are made to an existing one, a method calibrates the generator for the mask system. The method includes determining air flow characteristics using flow measurements from a first test period when flow through the mask system is open, measuring or estimating pressure in the mask system during a second test period when flow through the mask system is blocked and determining air flow characteristics of the diffuser of the mask system using the air flow characteristics of the air delivery hose determined during the first period and the pressure measurements made during the second period.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed relating to data inversion encoding. In one embodiment, an apparatus includes an interface circuit. The interface circuit is configured to perform first and second data bursts that include respective pluralities of data transmissions encoded using an inversion coding scheme. In such an embodiment, the initial data transmission of the second data burst is encoded using the final data transmission of the first data burst. In some embodiments, the first and second data bursts correspond to successive write operations or successive read operations to a memory module from a memory PHY.

摘要: The present invention relates to a printed elapsed time-temperature indicating labels and to a method of indicating the elapse of a predetermined period of time and/or temperature. More' specifically the present invention relates to a device that measures and visually indicates the passage of a predetermined period of time and the various components of which can be formed by inexpensive printing methods and by lamination of one or more printed layers, which can be activated at point of use. The present invention is intended to provide a solution to the longstanding problems of providing an indication of the exposure of foodstuffs to unacceptable time and/or temperature conditions. In accordance with a first aspect of the invention, there is provided an elapsed time indicator comprising a liquid reservoir, a migration medium and a trigger; wherein the liquid reservoir is operable to release a liquid upon activation of the trigger into the migration medium, wherein the extent of absorption of the liquid from the trigger area can be determined by a change in colour or brightness of the migration medium and is an indication of one or both of differences in temperature and a passage of time.

摘要: A compression technique includes storing respective fixed-size symbols for each of a plurality of words in a data block, e.g., a cache line, into a symbol portion of a compressed data block, e.g., a compressed cache line, where each of the symbols provides information about a corresponding one of the words in the data block. Up to a first plurality of data segments are stored in a data portion of the compressed data block, each data segment corresponds to a unique one of the symbols in the compressed data block and a unique one of the words in the cache line. Up to a second plurality of dictionary entries are stored in the data portion of the compressed cache line. The dictionary entries can correspond to multiple ones of the symbols.

摘要: A method is provided for detecting a fault condition in a hydraulic brake system of a vehicle having a first hydraulic brake circuit and a second hydraulic brake circuit. A correlation ratio is determined between a measured pressure and the actual vehicle acceleration. A first wheel velocity differential is determined and a second wheel velocity differential is determined. A weighting value is selected in response to determining whether the correlation ratio is within the predetermined range and whether the first wheel velocity differential and the second wheel velocity differential are opposite signs. The selected weighting value is added to a fault counter. A determination is made whether the fault counter is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold. A fault condition is detected in response to the fault counter greater than or equal to the first predetermined threshold.
