摘要: An apparatus for activating a pedestrian detection and collision mitigation system (PDCMS) of a vehicle includes: a front detection sensor detecting a presence of a pedestrian on a driving lane of the vehicle, gaze information of the pedestrian, and a distance and a relative speed between the pedestrian and the vehicle; a vehicle sensor detecting at least any one of a speed, an acceleration, a steering angle, a steering angular velocity, or a pressure of a master cylinder of the vehicle; an electronic control unit activating a PDCMS function based on information detected by the front detection sensor and the vehicle sensor; and a warning unit operated to inform a driver of a collision of the pedestrian with the vehicle by a control of the electronic control unit.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a control apparatus and method for improving fuel efficiency in a CACC system, which can improve fuel efficiency through control of a vehicle speed so that a vehicle travels using an optimized cost in consideration of a target vehicle speed, current vehicle speed, minimum driving speed set in the vehicle, and a deceleration distance if the vehicle that uses the CACC system senses a forward vehicle and enters into a CACC active mode. The control method for improving fuel efficiency in a CACC system includes setting a target speed profile based on a target speed of the subject vehicle and an expected driving path, determining whether a target vehicle to be followed by the subject vehicle exists, and controlling the driving speed of the subject vehicle according to the set target speed profile depending on whether or not the target vehicle exists.

摘要: There is provided an automatic parking system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The automatic parking system includes: a smart key recognition processor recognizing a smart key positioned in a first area; a sensor unit acquiring images around a subject vehicle if the smart key is recognized, and converting the acquired image into external images and synthesizing the images; a parking space recognizing sensor periodically receiving the external images and sequentially comparing the consecutive external images using an image recognition technology to recognize parking areas; and a controller calculating a moving path between a current position of the subject vehicle and an optimal parking area among the parking areas and controlling the subject vehicle based on the moving path, in which the parking space recognizing sensor may detect the parking areas in consideration of a length and a width of the subject vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for implementing a lane change decision aid system (LCDAS). The LCDAS apparatus includes: a sensing device for sensing whether a target vehicle is in adjacent zones of a subject vehicle, whether the target vehicle is in a rear zone of the subject vehicle, or whether the target vehicle is a large vehicle or a compact vehicle; a processor for determining an activation condition for determining whether an LCDAS function is active/inactive and a warning condition for determining whether a warning of the LCDAS function is issued/un-issued, based on a sensing result of the sensing device; a warning device for issuing the warning to a driver based on a determination result of the processor; and a controller for controlling the sensing device, the processor, and the warning device.
