    摘要: This invention involves thermal energy and head (height) difference of water level to feed the water into the boiler. This device uses very minimal electrical and mechanical energy to feed the water into the boiler as compared to the amount of both electrical and mechanical energy that is currently being used in the technology that is in use.According to this invention, this device works with the thermal principle and uses a small amount of steam from the same boiler to feed the water back into that boiler. This is how the device saves huge amount of electrical power and reduces the maintenance as it very few valves instead of many high speed moving components that are being used in the existing technology.

    摘要: The invention relates to dried milk protein concentrates and their use. In particular the invention relates to such dried concentrates which have been calcium-depleted to an extent which allows improvements in the use of dried milk protein concentrates in cheese manufacture. The invention includes a method of cheese manufacture comprising: (a) dispersing in milk a dried MPC or MPI having at least 70% dry matter as milk protein; (b) treating the resulting mixture with one or more coagulating enzymes to produce a curd; and (c) processing the curd to make cheese; wherein the dried MPC or MPI is a calcium-depleted MPCF or MPI and the extend of calcium depletion is sufficient to allow manufacture of substantially nugget-free cheese.

    摘要: The invention provides a process for preparing a dried modified whey protein concentrate. A whey protein solution is used having less than 5% total solids and a combined calcium and magnesium concentration of less than 70 mmol/kg on a dry basis and a pH of 6.0-7.5. It is heated to greater than 70° C. for up to 60 minutes to denature the whey protein. The solution is then cooled to 40° C.-60° C.; and subsequently spray dried. Alternatively a higher initial concentration of total solids may be used in an embodiment where the heating is carried out on a scraped surface heat exchanger.

    摘要: A circuit for sensing on-die temperature at multiple locations using a minimum number of pins is described. Thermal diodes coupled to pins are placed on a die to measure the temperature at various die locations. Voltage is applied to the pins to determine the temperature at each given diode location. The polarity of the voltage applied across the pins determines what diodes are selected for measurement.
