The present invention discloses a stacker for a tray feeder including: a plurality of frames for forming an outer portion of the stacker; an elevator capable of moving upwardly and downwardly and positioned at a side of an auxiliary frame of the plurality of frames; a driving means for driving the elevator; and a magazine for receiving the tray plates and mounted to the elevator. According to the present invention, the tray plate on which the electronic parts is positioned is precisely mounted by the magazine having the alignment bars due to operation of the stacker, and safely transferred to a predetermined position, to improve productivity and reliability.

The dual focusing optical coherence imaging system includes: a light source unit for generating broadband light; a main optical distributor for distributing the light generated from the light source to allow the light to be propagated; an interference unit including first and second interference parts for forming interference signals with respect to different focused areas of an object to be detected using the light distributed from the optical distributor, and a common sample arm commonly connected to the first and second interference parts; an optical switch connected to the first and second interference parts to select at least one of the interference signals transmitted from the first and second interference parts; and a detection unit for converting the interference signal selected by the optical switch according to a preset mode into an electrical signal.

The present invention provides a conductive contact terminal for surface mounting on a substrate. In the conductive contact terminal, an elastic core imparts elasticity to the contact terminal. A metal layer covers the outer portion of the elastic core. A conductive adhesive layer is interposed between the elastic core and the metal layer to bond the elastic core and the metal layer to each other. The conductive contact terminal has a low electrical resistance, does not exhibit a deformation in the material even in a high-temperature reflow soldering process, and does not lose conductivity even though a metal layer, which imparts electrical conductivity to the conductive contact terminal, is broken.

A chip scale package has first and second sets of external signal terminals arranged in rows and columns at respective sides of the bottom surface of the package The spacing between the rows of the first set of signal terminals is greater than the spacing between the rows of the second set of signal terminals. The chip scale packages are mounted to and integrated by a printed circuit board having corresponding lands in each of a plurality of chip scale package regions. Thus, the spacing between adjacent rows of a first set of lands is greater than the spacing between adjacent rows of a second set of lands. The rows of the first lands are spaced wider apart so that a plurality of first signal lines can extend contiguously between each adjacent pair of rows of first lands, in each of the chip scale package regions. A method of designing the printed circuit board lays out the lands of the PCB in rows and columns, sets the spacing thereof, and traces out the signal lines. The signal lines of the printed circuit board are arranged efficiently so that the number of the layers of the printed circuit board necessary for accommodating the lines can be minimized, and the production costs thereof can be kept correspondingly low.
