    摘要: A rain drop detecting device includes an oscillation element disposed on a plate member such as a windshield for generating an ultrasonic wave on the plate member, an ultrasonic wave receiving element disposed on the plate member for receiving the ultrasonic wave generated by the oscillation element, a detecting device connected to the ultrasonic wave receiving element for detecting an amplitude of the ultrasonic wave, and an ultrasonic wave absorbing member disposed on the plate member. The absorbing member is designed to absorb a portion of the ultrasonic wave generated by the oscillation element to prevent the downwardly travelling portion of the ultrasonic wave from travelling beyond a desired region of the plate member. In the case of a windshield, the absorbing member can be used to prevent the ultrasonic wave from travelling to the resting location of the wiper so that inadvertent rain drop detection does not occur.

The door latch operation device includes a lift lever linked to the latch mechanism, an inside lever linked to the mechanical operation member, and an open link provided between the lift lever and the inside lever. The open link is adapted to be operatively connected to the mechanical operation member and the mechanical identification operation member to move the open link and cause the open link to engage the lift lever. The open link is also rotatable to be engaged with and disengaged from the inside lever. A guiding mechanism movably and rotatably guides the open link.

    摘要: A ligand DNA including a probe portion having a sequence that is complementary to a target DNA to be detected in a sample DNA, and a probe portion having a base sequence that is complementary to a base sequence of a marker DNA 2 in a conjugate DNA 10 is formed, and the sample DNA and the ligand DNA are combined to form a DNA complex, and further, the DNA complex is made to perform electrophoresis in the conjugate DNA. Therefore, it is possible to provide a DNA separation detection method which can appropriately separate the sample DNA and deal with various kinds of target sample DNAs in short time, without the necessity of searching for an optimum electrophoresis condition by complicatedly combining the amount of a bonding control agent to be contained in the conjugate DNA, the viscosity of linear polymer, the amount of the sample DNA, the amount of the conjugate DNA, and the like, for each DNA sequence as a detection target, when separating the sample DNA by electrophoresis.
