An exhaust purifying apparatus of an internal combustion engine is provided. The exhaust purifying apparatus includes a CO oxidation catalyst disposed in the exhaust flow passage of an internal combustion engine and capable of oxidizing and thereby purifying CO in the exhaust, and an HC adsorbent material loaded with a noble metal, for adsorbing HC in the exhaust. The exhaust purifying apparatus further includes an NOx adsorbent material for adsorbing NOx in the exhaust. These adsorbent materials are located on the upstream side in the exhaust flow direction with respect to the CO oxidation catalyst and disposed in order from the upstream. The CO oxidation catalyst contains Pd and CeO2 and is obtained by an oxidation treatment at a temperature of 850 to 950° C. The amount of Pd supported in the CO oxidation catalyst is from 0.1 to 2.5 mass % based on CeO2.

The first key check determines whether an electronic key specific to the vehicle is located outside around the vehicle based on a response from the key. The check device has previously performed a second key check, after the key has been put into a situation in which the key might have been moved from inside to outside the vehicle. The second key check determines whether the key is located inside the vehicle based on the response from the key. The check device stores a result of the second key check as a stored check record, which is then immediately available for checking when the controller responds to an inputted lock command.

The main casing contains a biasing member which applies a biasing force to bias the gear holder to one side in the rotating shaft direction, and a piston which is acted on by hydraulic pressure and presses the gear holder on the other end side in the rotating shaft direction to counteract the biasing force. The gear holder is acted on by the hydraulic force from the piston to counteract the bias from the biasing member and moves in the rotating shaft direction according to the hydraulic force so that the engagement width between the first gear and the second gear which is retained by the gear holder is changed.

A fuel gas, which is the vaporized liquid fuel, is housed in the gas housing chamber 1402b. A gas exhaust pipe 1410 is connected to the gas housing chamber 1402b, and the fuel gas housed in the gas housing chamber 1402b is discharged to outside the fuel cartridge 1400 via a gas discharge port 1414.
