Abstract: A display apparatus with high display quality is provided. One embodiment of the present invention is a display apparatus including a pixel and a circuit. The pixel includes a light-emitting device, a driving transistor, first to fourth switches, and a first capacitor. The circuit includes a fifth switch, a sixth switch, and a second capacitor. A gate of the driving transistor is electrically connected to a first terminal of the first switch, a first terminal of the second switch, and a first terminal of the first capacitor. One of a source and a drain of the driving transistor is electrically connected to a second terminal of the first capacitor, a first terminal of the fourth switch, and an anode of the light-emitting device. The other of the source and the drain of the driving transistor is electrically connected to a second terminal of the second switch and a first terminal of the third switch. A second terminal of the first switch is electrically connected to a first terminal of the second capacitor. A first terminal of the fifth switch is electrically connected to a first terminal of the sixth switch and a second terminal of the second capacitor.

Abstract: An electronic device capable of measuring the blood flow speed in a retina blood vessel or the like of an eye is provided. The electronic device includes a display portion, a sending portion, a receiving portion, and a control circuit. The sending portion has a function of generating a first ultrasonic wave with a first frequency and a function of sending a first electric signal corresponding to the first frequency to the control circuit. The receiving portion has a function of receiving a second ultrasonic wave, which is the first ultrasonic wave reflected by an object, with a second frequency, a function of generating a second electric signal corresponding to the second frequency, and a function of sending the second electric signal to the control circuit. Note that the object is one or more selected from a retina blood vessel and a blood vessel included in a retina of a user's eye. The control circuit has a function of calculating the blood flow speed in one or more selected from the retina blood vessel and the blood vessel with the use of the first electric signal and the second electric signal and a function of sending a third electric signal corresponding to the blood flow speed to the display portion. The display portion has a function of receiving the third electric signal and displaying the blood flow speed.

Abstract: To provide a mixer and a semiconductor device which each have a small circuit area and each of which operation capability is inhibited from being decreased due to heat. The mixer includes a differential portion, a current source, a first load, an input terminal, and a first output terminal; the differential portion includes a first and a second transistor; and each of the first and the second transistors includes a metal oxide in a channel formation region. A first terminal of each of the first and the second transistors is electrically connected to the input terminal and a current source and a second terminal of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first terminal of the first load and the first output terminal. The first load has a function of supplying a current between the first terminal and a second terminal of the first load by application of voltage to the second terminal of the first load, and the current source has a function of supplying a constant current to the current source from the first terminal of each of the first and the second transistors. The current source includes a transistor including silicon in a channel formation region, and the differential portion is positioned above the current source.

Abstract: A semiconductor device with a small circuit area and low power consumption is provided. The semiconductor device includes first to fourth cells, a current mirror circuit, and first to fourth wirings, and the first to fourth cells each include a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor. In each of the first to fourth cells, a first terminal of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first terminal of the capacitor and a gate of the second transistor. The first wiring is electrically connected to first terminals of the second transistors in the first cell and the second cell, the second wiring is electrically connected to first terminals of the second transistors in the third cell and the fourth cell, the third wiring is electrically connected to second terminals of the capacitors in the first cell and the third cell, and the fourth wiring is electrically connected to second terminals of the capacitors in the second cell and the fourth cell. The current mirror circuit is electrically connected to the first wiring and the second wiring.

Abstract: An imaging device with reduced power consumption is provided.The imaging device includes an imaging portion and an encoder. First image data obtained by the imaging portion is transmitted to the encoder. The encoder includes a first circuit that forms a neural network, and the first circuit conducts feature extraction by the neural network on a first image to generate second image data. Note that since the first circuit has a function of performing convolution processing using a weight filter, the encoder can perform computation with a convolutional neural network.

Abstract: To provide a semiconductor device with large storage capacity and low power consumption. The semiconductor device includes an oxide semiconductor, a first transistor, a second transistor, and a dummy word line. Abstract: A display apparatus capable of capturing an image and an electronic device with a reduced number of components are provided. The display apparatus includes a display portion including a first region and a second region. The first region includes an image capturing pixel, and the second region includes a light-emitting pixel. The light-emitting pixel includes a light-emitting device emitting one of infrared light and visible light, and the image capturing pixel includes a light-receiving device receiving one of infrared light and visible light. Specifically, the center portion of the display portion is a region of a circle centered at the intersection of two diagonal lines running across the display portion, and the radius of the circle is less than or equal to L/8, where L is the length of the diagonal line of the display portion. The first region and the center portion overlap with each other in a region. It is preferable that the second region have a tetragonal frame shape and the first region be positioned inside the frame shape.

Abstract: An object is to provide a semiconductor device with large memory capacity. The semiconductor device includes first to seventh insulators, a first conductor, and a first semiconductor. The first conductor is positioned on a first top surface of the first insulator and a first bottom surface of the second insulator. The semiconductor device includes a shift register, a sample-and-hold circuit, a first buffer circuit, and a second buffer circuit. The sample-and-hold circuit includes a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and an output terminal. An output terminal of the first buffer circuit is electrically connected to the first input terminal. The shift register is electrically connected to the second input terminal. An input terminal of the second buffer circuit is electrically connected to the output terminal of the sample-and-hold circuit. In the semiconductor device, the potential of an input analog signal is retained in the sample-and-hold circuit and the analog signal is output from an output terminal of the second buffer circuit.
