The device and method displays still and moving images in which at least one icon is associated and displayed with each image on a screen. A single screen may contain several images which change over time. As the images change so do the icons associated with them. Upon selection of an icon by a viewer, the device and method will display one of several possible advertisements or information associated with the icon. The selection of which advertisement or piece of information is based on information stored about the viewer. This information would include data concerning the viewer's age, income, address and hobbies. A list of selections made by a viewer is maintained and may be displayed at the viewer's request. The system may also force the display of advertisements if desired by advertisers.

摘要： In an information sending and receiving system in which an information sending equipment and at least one information receiving equipment send and receive information through a transmission medium, a management message is sent from the information sending equipment to the information receiving equipment thereby to create a list of a content code expressing a data message registered on the information receiving equipment side within the information receiving equipment. Then, a data message containing a content code and data is transmitted from the information sending equipment to the information receiving equipment. The information receiving equipment selects a data message by comparing a content code of a data message and a list of its own content code. The content code list may be created within the information sending equipment based on a property value in an answer message from the information receiving equipment.

摘要： A data transmission method is provided for a multi-computer system which has a plurality of computers mutually connected via a transmission line. The plurality of computers are divided into groups, with an address assigned to each group. Transmission data of a sending computer is provided with a location where the address is assigned and a location where a content code indicating the data content is assigned. The sending computer transmits the data with either the address or content code assigned, and the computers other than the sending computer decide whether or not to receive the data according to either the address or the content code.

In particular, the microgrid control system provided is capable of controlling multiple facilities according to characteristics of the facilities in order to achieve economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, and continued operability. The microgrid control system for controlling the operations of the multiple power facilities is provided with: a power supply activation/suspension planning unit that has a prediction unit for predicting outputs or loads of power supply facilities or load facilities and a prediction unit for predicting prediction errors contained therein; and an economical load allocation unit that determines command values related to the distribution of loads to be borne by currently running power supply facilities.
