摘要: A method of normalizing contents of DNA fragments in a sample among respective DNA fragments, comprising: preparing DNA fragments in which adaptors each comprising an oligodeoxyribonucleotide are attached to both ends of each DNA fragment in the sample to form restriction enzyme recognition sites that do not exist in the DNA fragments in the sample, and at least a part between the restriction enzyme recognition sites at both ends, including the restriction enzyme recognition sites, is double-stranded; denaturing the prepared double-stranded DNA fragments; hybridizing the denatured DNA fragments under a condition that a part of the DNA fragments remains single-stranded; cleaving the hybridized double-stranded DNA fragments with a restriction enzyme having a cleavage site exclusively in the adaptors; and performing PCR using the obtained DNA fragments as templates and using a primer having a nucleotide sequence complementary to a nucleotide sequence of the adaptors before the cleavage; and a subtraction method comprising performing normalization by the method.

摘要: The invention reduces power consumption and makes a rotor with ease. As illustrated in FIG. 2, a multistage roots pump (1) in the invention includes upstream rotors (R1a, R1b, R2a, R2b) having multiple teeth, supported by a pair of revolving shafts (A1, A2); and downstream rotors (R3a, R3b-R5a, R5b) having an identical number of teeth (31) with the upstream rotors, supported by revolving shafts (A1, A2). The discharge area formed by the outer periphery of the downstream rotors (R3a, R3b-R5a, R5b) and the inner periphewy of the pump chambers (P1-P5) is smaller than that of the upstream rotors (R1a, R1b, R2a, R2b).

摘要: An illumination device includes a control knob having a display portion, a tubular case combined with a back side of the control knob, a light guide plate attached to seal an upper opening of the tubular case, and LEDs disposed at a lower opening of the tubular case. Light emitted from the LEDs is applied to the display portion through the light guide plate. A plurality of retaining projections and a plurality of push-up projections are provided on an inner surface of the tubular case adjacent to the upper opening. An upper surface of an outer edge of the light guide plate is retained by lower ends of the retaining projections, and a lower surface of the outer edge is pushed up by upper ends of the push-up projections so that the light guide plate is held inside the tubular case while being bent upwardly.

摘要: Preliminarily sterilized contents are filed in a synthetic resin container, which has been subjected to rinsing and sterilization. In this instance, the contents are maintained at a filling temperature that is higher than normal temperature, but lower than a temperature expressing sterilization effect, so that the container is prevented from deformation, which took place inevitably when heating the aseptically filled contents.

摘要: Bias charge is injected from a bias power supply line 3 into a detecting electrode 11 constituting an electrostatic capacitance element between an object to be detected to accumulate charge in accordance with its electrostatic capacitance, and when the charge is distributed between the electrostatic capacitance element and a capacitance element 12 which has been reset to a reset potential, a holding voltage of the capacitance element 12 changes in accordance with the amount of charges accumulated in the detecting electrode 11, and thus a signal is outputted regarding the change in holding voltage as an amount of change in gate potential of a source follower amplifier element 13, thereby detecting the capacitance of the electrostatic capacitance element between the object to be detected and the detecting electrode 11.
