    摘要: A method of easily and inexpensively manufacturing an antenna for an RFID tag by forming the antenna using magnets of a pattern corresponding to a shape of the antenna is provided. One example method includes a) placing a substrate above a level of a fluid containing a conductive substance, b) placing a magnet (e.g., an electromagnet including an electrode) formed in a shape of an antenna pattern above a surface of the substrate, and adhering the conductive substance to a bottom of the substrate in the shape of the antenna pattern by a magnetic force, and c) fixing the conductive substance adhered to the bottom of the substrate.

    摘要: A method of easily and inexpensively manufacturing an antenna for an RFID tag by forming the antenna using magnets of a pattern corresponding to a shape of the antenna is provided. The method includes a) placing a substrate above a level of a fluid containing a conductive substance, b) placing an electrode formed in a shape of an antenna pattern above a surface of the substrate, and applying a current to the electrode, to adhere the conductive substance to a bottom of the substrate in the shape of the antenna pattern by an electromagnetic force, and c) fixing the conductive substance adhered to the bottom of the substrate. Alternatively, the method includes a) placing a thin film above magnets shaped in a desired pattern, b) spraying a certain amount of conductive particles having a desired magnetic property on a surface of the thin film to form the conductive particles in the same pattern as the pattern of the magnet, c) contacting a substrate, on which an adhesive is applied, with the pattern of the conductive particles formed on the thin film, to adhering the conductive particles pattern to the substrate, with the pattern of the conductive particles being maintained, and d) fixing the conductive particles adhered to the adhesive.

    摘要: Printed circuits are made by a method which applies a dissoluble magnetizable layer to the electrically conductive coating of a circuit board blank. A magnetic image of the desired circuit is provided in the applied magnetizable layer and etchant-resistive magnetic toner is attracted by the magnetic image to form an etch resist pattern. The electrically conductive coating is then etched with the aid of an etchant and the latter etch resist pattern.

    摘要: There is described a process for the production of a partially shaped electrically conductive structure on a carrier substrate (16), wherein it is provided that a latent magnetic image of the graphic form of the electrically conductive structure, which latent magnetic image is formed from magnetic image points (11m) and non-magnetic image points, is produced from a digital data set which defines the graphic form of the electrically conductive structure on a magnetisable printing form (11), and that by means of the printing form (11) magnetic particles having an electrically conductive surface, which are attracted by the magnetic image points are arranged by the lateral magnetic image to afford the graphic form of the electrically conductive structure on the carrier substrate (16) and are fixed there. A multi-layer body produced with that process is further described.
