摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing a graphene/graphene oxide layer comprising the steps of: providing a suspension of graphene/graphene oxide in a suspension liquid, applying the suspension on a support, heating the suspension and the support to evaporate liquid to form a layer of graphene/graphene oxide on the support, subjecting the graphene/graphene oxide layer and the support to pressure, and subjecting the graphene/graphene oxide layer to annealing process.

摘要: A gas diffusion layer for proton exchange membrane fuel cell and preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method is to papermake and dry carbon fiber suspension mainly composed of a fibrous binder, water, a dispersant and carbon fibers with different aspect ratios to obtain a carbon fiber base paper, and then carbonize and graphitize under the protection of nitrogen or inert gas to obtain a gas diffusion layer for proton exchange membrane fuel cell; where the fibrous binder is a composite fiber or a blend fiber composed of a phenolic resin and other resin; where the prepared gas diffusion layer for proton exchange membrane fuel cell has a pore gradient, and the layer with the smallest pore size is an intrinsic microporous layer.

摘要: The present disclosure describes a method for preparing a paper nanocomposite, including: continuously providing a first suspension that includes lignocellulosic pulp fibers, cellulose nanofibrils, carbon nanotubes, and a cationic surfactant; continuously adding a second suspension to the first suspension to provide a slurry, the second suspension includes lignocellulosic pulp fibers, cellulose nanofibrils, carbon nanotubes, and an anionic surfactant; depositing the slurry comprising the first and second suspensions onto the substrate; and dewatering the slurry to form the paper nanocomposite.

摘要: A high-strength network structured nano-carrier material and a preparation method and application thereof. A nano-cellulose solution and graphene are mixed and ultrasonication is performed in an ultrasonic pulverizer to obtain a nano-cellulose/graphene suspension. The suspension with a phenolic resin adhesive is mixed and stirred to obtain a nano-cellulose/graphene/phenolic resin suspension. The nano-cellulose/graphene/phenolic resin suspension is injected into a mold. The mold is placed in a freeze dryer for freezing and vacuum dried in two stages to obtain a nano-cellulose/graphene/phenolic resin aerogel. The aerogel is preheated and cured in a muffle furnace, then subjected to a high-temperature thermal decomposition treatment in a tube furnace to obtain a nano-carrier material having a high-strength network structure. The preparation method is simple and convenient, low in cost, environmentally friendly and green. The obtained carrier material has a good water resistance and a high mechanical property, and can carry more active substances.

摘要: A method of forming a three dimensional fiber structure is disclosed which comprises the steps of a) providing a starting material which comprises liquid carrier, fibers and binder; b) passing the starting material over a substrate so as to deposit fibers onto the substrate; c) forming a three dimensional fiber matrix; and d) curing the binder. The flow of material onto the substrate may be controlled such that the flow of a starting material over the substrate is chaotic and fibers are laid down in a three dimensional structure containing a high proportion of voids. The preform may be pressurized while moist and is cured under pressure. The fibers may comprise carbon fibers; recycled carbon fiber has been found to be particularly useful. The resulting preform may be stochastic and is suitable for use in ablative and braking applications.

摘要: According to the present invention, a porous electrode substrate with greater sheet strength, lower production cost, and excellent gas permeability and conductivity as well as its manufacturing method are provided. Also provided are a precursor sheet for forming such a substrate, and a membrane electrode assembly and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell containing such a substrate. The method for manufacturing such a porous electrode substrate includes the following steps [1]˜[3]: [1] a step for manufacturing a sheet material in which short carbon fibers (A) are dispersed; [2] a step for manufacturing a precursor sheet by adding a water-soluble phenolic resin and/or water-dispersible phenolic resin to the sheet material; and [3] a step for carbonizing the precursor sheet at a temperature of 1000° C. or higher. The present invention also relates to a porous electrode substrate obtained by such a manufacturing method as well as a precursor sheet to be used for manufacturing the substrate, a membrane electrode assembly and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell.
