摘要: A method includes implementing an inverted degradation model to determine an optimal battery core temperature. The inverted degradation model receives as inputs one or more of a power state value indicating whether the battery is currently in a high-power state or a low power state, a battery temperature value representing a current battery core temperature, a battery degradation value representing a battery degradation status, a battery age indicator representing a current age of the battery, a state of charge value representing a remaining battery charge and a battery current load value representing a current draw from the battery by the electric vehicle. The inverted degradation model outputs a desired battery core temperature value. The method includes operating the battery thermal system in order to achieve the desired battery core temperature.

摘要: A power supply system includes a power conversion circuit that is connectable to a power storage unit. The power supply system includes a control unit and a heat transferring unit. The control unit supplies a current between the power storage unit and the power conversion circuit by performing on-off control of a switch that configures the power conversion circuit. The heat transferring unit absorbs heat that is generated in the power conversion circuit in accompaniment with the on-off control of the switch and transfers the heat to a temperature-increase target element. The control unit performs temperature-increase mode control in which the switch is on-off controlled such that an amount of heat that is generated in the power conversion circuit is increased when a temperature-increase request for the temperature-increase target element is present, compared to when the temperature-increase request is not present.

摘要: The present application provide a control method of a power battery heating system. The method includes: controlling all upper bridge arms of a first bridge arm group and all lower bridge arms of a second bridge arm group to be turned on, and controlling all lower bridge arms of the first bridge arm group and all upper bridge arms of the second bridge arm group to be turned off, so as to form a first loop; controlling all the lower bridge arms of the first bridge arm group and all the upper bridge arms of the second bridge arm group to be turned on, and controlling all the upper bridge arms of the first bridge arm group and all the lower bridge arms of the second bridge arm group to be turned off, so as to form a second loop. The method is used to heat the power battery.

摘要: When the temperature of a battery is high, the output power of the battery is limited to suppress the temperature rise. Upon fulfillment of three conditions of (i) the ambient temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, (ii) the vehicle traveling load is equal to or greater than a predetermined traveling load, and (iii) the operating load of a battery cooling device is equal to or greater than a predetermined operating load, the output power of the battery is limited using a high-load output limiting value less than an output limiting value for the normal condition in a temperature range equal to or higher than a second power restrictive lower limit temperature that is equal to or lower than a first power restrictive lower limit temperature for the normal condition.

摘要: A cell device including a cell module and at least one temperature adjusting module is provided. The temperature adjusting modules are configured on the cell module in a heat conduction manner. Each of the temperature adjusting modules includes a thermoelectric cooling chip. The thermoelectric cooling chip has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The thermoelectric cooling chip is configured to receive a first electric signal to heat the first surface and cool the second surface. The thermoelectric cooling chip is configured to receive a second electric signal to cool the first surface and heat the second surface. A vehicle including the cell device is also provided. The cell device of the disclosure is capable of implementing active temperature control and has good temperature control effect. The vehicle of the disclosure is capable of implementing active temperature control, and has a wider usage environment temperature.

摘要: A portable power pack having a housing, a rechargeable lithium battery positioned in the housing, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a wireless charging coil, a light emitting diode (LED) flash light, a universal serial bus (USB) port, a direct current (DC) port, and a power management circuit. The LCD can be positioned on the housing and configured to display a status of the portable power pack. The wireless charging coil can be positioned in or on the housing and configured to wirelessly couple with an external wireless charging coil of an external device through electromagnetic induction in accordance with, for example, the Qi wireless power transfer standard. The USB port supplies a charging current to charge a portable electronic device, while the DC port supplies a starting current to jump start an engine of a vehicle that is electrically coupled with an external battery. The power management circuit operatively coupled to the wireless charging coil and the rechargeable lithium battery and configured to output the charging current or the starting current.
