摘要: Provided is a method for separating PIPs by which isomers of PIPs can be separated without deacylating the PIPs. The method includes at least a separation step of injecting a sample containing a plurality of PIPs into an analysis flow path of a supercritical fluid chromatograph having a separation column filled with a separation medium containing β-cyclodextrin and separating the plurality of PIPs by supercritical fluid chromatography.

摘要: The present disclosure discusses a method of separating a sample including oligonucleotides including coating a flow path of a chromatographic system; injecting the sample comprising oligonucleotides into the chromatographic system; flowing the sample through the chromatographic system; and separating the oligonucleotides. In some examples, the coating of the flow path is non-binding with respect to the analyte, such as oligonucleotides. Consequently, the analyte does not bind to the coating of the flow path. The non-binding coating eliminates the need for passivation, which can eliminate the formerly needed time to passivate as well. In addition, analyte can be recovered with a first injection in a system, such as chromatographic system.

Determining whether the starting state is established may include automated monitoring of at least one parameter for at least one data channel, and determining whether all such parameters simultaneously meet associated conditions of the criteria for specified time periods. The method may include automatically monitoring the system and re-establishing the starting state prior to performing each of one or more subsequent experiments. The method may include automatically monitoring and establishing a second starting state prior to performing each of one or more additional experiments.

摘要: A system for preparing solutions for chromatography application is disclosed. The system comprises a T-joint for preparing a buffer solution by mixing at least one first solution and a second solution. The T-joint receives the second solution from a solution supply unit connected to the T-joint. Further one or more low pressure pumps supply the one or more first solutions into the T-joint. The high pressure pump collects the buffer solution and delivers it to a chromatography apparatus.
