PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which allows for patterning of a metal micro-pattern to a commercially viable base material in a variety of applications, by an effective and efficient etching.SOLUTION: A method of patterning a conductor on a base material includes a step for providing an inked elastomer stamp, which is inked with a self-organization single layer formation molecules and has a relief pattern including a raised surface structure, a step for bringing the surface shape of the inked stamp into contact with a visible light beam transparent base material subjected to metal coating, and a step for forming a conductive micro pattern, corresponding to the raised surface shape of the inked stamp, on the visible light beam transparent base material by etching the metal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor which can reduce resistance of an electrode to thereby improve touch sensitivity remarkably and can easily block noise generated from a display, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A touch sensor 100 according to the present invention includes: a transparent substrate 110; a first electrode 120 formed on one surface of the transparent substrate 110; a first insulating layer 140 formed on one surface of the first electrode 120 and provided with a through-hole; and a second electrode 150 formed on one surface of the first insulating layer 140. The first electrode 120 is extendedly formed in the other side of the one surface of the first insulating layer 140 through the through-hole.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a silver miniwire film that has both high conductivity and high transparency and exhibits reduced sheet resistance.SOLUTION: A silver miniwire film with reduced sheet resistance is manufactured by mixing a plurality of silver miniwires, a plurality of nonconductive spheres having sizes of 300 μm or less, a matrix material, a vehicle and a substrate together to prepare a combination, applying the combination to a surface of the substrate to form a film, and removing volatile components from the film on the substrate.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductor, a method for manufacturing and patterning the transparent conductor, and application of the transparent conductor.SOLUTION: A transparent conductor including a conductive layer coating a substrate is described. More specifically, the conductive layer includes a network of a nanowire that may be incorporated into a matrix. The conductive layer is optically transparent, may be patterned, and is preferable as a transparent electrode in a visual display device such as a touch screen, a liquid crystal display device, and a plasma display panel. Another embodiment describes a switching device which includes: the transparent electrode including multiple conductive nanowires; and a thin film transistor including a substrate, a gate electrode, a semiconductor active layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode.
