    摘要: A calibration method includes obtaining in-vehicle measured clutch torques at a set of shift conditions; performing a series of bench tests at various clutch pack clearances and lubrication oil flow rates at the set of shift conditions; adjusting clutch pack clearances and lubrication oil flow rates during the series of bench tests in response to a difference between a bench test measured clutch torques and the corresponding in-vehicle measured clutch torques exceeding a threshold; and recording relationships between first bench test measured torques and force profiles of a clutch actuator relative to the adjusted clutch pack clearances and lubrication oil flow rates for each of the set of shift conditions as a first transfer function in response to the difference between the first bench test measured clutch torques and the in-vehicle clutch torques not exceeding the threshold for each of the set of shift conditions.

    摘要: This add-on automatic clutch device is to be added onto a vehicle having manual transmission and a clutch, and includes: a first hydraulic pipe having one end connected to a clutch master cylinder unit of the vehicle; a second hydraulic pipe having one end connected to a clutch release cylinder unit of the vehicle; a cylinder having a first port connected to the other end of the first hydraulic pipe and a second port connected to the other end of the second hydraulic pipe; a piston provided in the cylinder so as to be able to move back and forth; and a motor that generates drive power to cause the piston to move back and forth. A first port and a second port are disposed such that when the piston reaches the bottom dead center, oil can flow between the first hydraulic pipe and the second hydraulic pipe by the first port and the second port being connected through the cylinder.

    摘要: In a controller for a vehicle transmission in which a continuously variable transmission mechanism that is able to continuously change its speed ratio and a transmission mechanism having a constant speed ratio are provided in parallel with each other between an input shaft to which torque is transmitted from a driving force source and an output shaft that outputs torque to a drive wheel, the vehicle transmission including a friction engagement mechanism and an intermeshing engagement mechanism, the friction engagement mechanism selectively transmitting torque from the input shaft to the transmission mechanism, the intermeshing engagement mechanism arranged in series with the friction engagement mechanism on a downstream side of the friction engagement mechanism in a torque transmission direction from the input shaft toward the output shaft, the intermeshing engagement mechanism setting the transmission mechanism to a state where torque is transmittable between the input shaft and the output shaft, in changing from a state where both the friction engagement mechanism and the intermeshing engagement mechanism are released and the transmission mechanism is not able to transmit torque to a state where the intermeshing engagement mechanism is engaged and the transmission mechanism is able to transmit torque to the output shaft, a torque capacity of the friction engagement mechanism is configured to be increased to a torque capacity to such extent that the transmission mechanism rotates without a delay of start of engagement of the intermeshing engagement mechanism.
