Abstract: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet containing, on a substrate or a release material, a resin layer, at least a surface (α) of the resin layer being opposite to the side of the substrate or being opposite to the side which the release material is provided, having pressure sensitive adhesiveness, the surface (α) having one or more concave portions, the concave portions having irregular shapes. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has an excellent air escape property capable of easily removing air accumulation that may be formed on attaching to an adherend, and is excellent in pressure sensitive adhesion characteristics.

Abstract: Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet containing, on a substrate or a release material, a resin layer formed of a multilayer structure of three or more layers including a fine particle-containing layer that contains fine particles in an amount of 15% by mass or more, at least a surface (α) of the resin layer being opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided having pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein the fine particle-containing layer is formed not as the outermost layer of the resin layer, and one or more concave portions exist on the surface (α) and the shapes of the one or more concave portions have irregular shapes. When attached to an adherend, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can exhibit excellent air escape property of readily removing air accumulation which may be formed, good blister resistance and good pressure sensitive adhesion characteristics.

Abstract: Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a resin layer on a substrate or a release material, at least a surface (α) of the resin layer being opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided has pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein one or more concave portions exist on the surface (α), and a standard deviation (σ) based on a mean brightness value of the surface (α) is 10.0 or more. When attached to an adherend, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can readily remove air accumulation to be formed and therefore exhibits excellent air escape property, and has good pressure sensitive adhesion characteristics.

Abstract: Provided are an epoxy composition, an adhesive film, a dicing die bonding film and a semiconductor device using the same. Specifically, the epoxy composition and a use thereof are provided, wherein the epoxy composition has a gel content of 5˜20%, measured under certain conditions. The epoxy composition according to the present invention, as an adhesive agent, shows excellent elastic properties, when prepared to have a low glass transition temperature, exhibiting good adhesion at high temperature and having minimal occurrence of burrs during processing. According to the present invention, it is therefore possible to prevent defects owing to die cut shift, during a wire bonding or molding process at high temperature, and obtain a highly reliable semiconductor device owing to the excellent adhesiveness and workability of the adhesive agent.

Abstract: A joint tape to be applied to wallboard is provided and includes a base substrate having opposing sides. In certain embodiments, a first adhesive layer is applied to one of the sides of the base substrate and a second adhesive layer is applied to the first adhesive layer, where the first adhesive layer is different than the second adhesive layer. In certain other embodiments, two different adhesives are used in a single adhesive layer. In use, the joint tape is positioned over and removably secured to a joint or corner between adjacent wallboard panels using the first adhesive layer. After the joint tape is in position, joint compound is applied to the joint tape, and the water in the joint tape activates it to form a secure bond with the wallboard panels.

Abstract: Disclosed is an acrylate based adhesive composition for optical use that includes: a copolymer prepared by polymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate (wherein the alkyl is a C16 to C22 linear alkyl group) in an amount of about 1 to about 10 parts by weight, an alkyl (meth)acrylate (wherein the alkyl is a C1 to C12 alkyl group) in an amount of about 70 to about 98 parts by weight, and a polar monomer in an amount of about 1 to about 20 parts by weight; and a cross-linking agent. The cross-linking agent is included in an amount of about 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the copolymer.
