Abstract: A thermoplastic polyester resin foam sheet including: a thermoplastic polyester resin; and at least one crystallization accelerator selected from an inorganic crystallization accelerator and an organic crystallization accelerator, wherein the thermoplastic polyester resin foam sheet has a crystallization time of 14 minutes or less, determined from a DSC curve obtained using a heat flux differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) apparatus by performing a second heating from 30° C. to 110° C. at a heating rate of 100° C./min, and holding the temperature at 110° C. for 30 minutes, wherein the crystallization time is determined in terms of a time between initiation of the second heating and a time of emergence of a peak top of a last appearing exothermic peak in the DSC curve.

Abstract: Organic-inorganic composite particles include: a vinyl polymer that is a polymer of a polymerizable vinyl monomer; and inorganic particles including inorganic oxide and/or inorganic nitride. The thermal conductivity of the inorganic particles is 10 W/(m·K) or more. The inorganic particles are subjected to a surface treatment by acidic phosphoric acid ester having no polymerizable functional group, and by at least one polymerizable compound selected from the group consisting of: carboxylic acid having a polymerizable functional group; acidic phosphoric acid ester having a polymerizable functional group; and lactone having a polymerizable functional group. The polymerizable compound is bonded to the vinyl polymer, and the inorganic particles are unevenly located on surface layers of the organic-inorganic composite particles so that the inorganic particles form one or more layers.

Abstract: Disclosed are porous resin particles which contain a polymer of a monomer mixture of a mono(meth)acrylate-based monomer and a polyfunctional vinyl-based monomer. The mono(meth)acrylate-based monomer contains an ethylenic unsaturated group only in a (meth)acrylic acid residue, a hydroxyl group in an alcohol residue, and at least one of an ether group and an ester group in an alcohol residue. The polyfunctional vinyl-based monomer contains two or more ethylenic unsaturated groups. The porous resin particles have a water absorption value of from more than 400 ml to 700 ml per 100 g of the particles and an oil absorption value of from more than 400 ml to 700 ml per 100 g of the particles.
