    摘要: An electric motor (10) has a field pole formed by a field current passing through a field winding (50). A voltage booting converter (120) converts output voltage of a battery (B) and outputs the voltage between a power source line (107) and a grounding line (105). Field winding (50) is electrically connected onto an electric current channel between battery (B) and power source line (107) and formed so that voltage switched by a switching element (Q1) is applied to both ends. A controller (100) controls the field current so as to adjust density of magnetic flux between a rotor and a stator by performing switching control on switching element (Q1) and a switching element (Q3) connected in parallel to field winding (50) and converts the output voltage of battery (B) into voltage in accordance with a voltage command value.

    摘要: An engine mount system includes multiple liquid-filled engine mounts switchable to provide different mount characteristics by selectively introducing negative pressure or atmospheric pressure. On one of pipelines connected to the respective engine mounts for introducing the negative or atmospheric pressure into the respective engine mounts, a check valve and an orifice portion are provided in parallel. The orifice portion restricts an amount of air flowing therethrough, so that the mount characteristic of the engine mount connected to the one pipeline equipped with the check valve and the orifice portion does not undergo an abrupt change when the pressure introduced in the engine mount is switched from the negative pressure to the atmospheric pressure.

    摘要: An electrode stack includes a cathode active material layer and an anode active material layer stacked together, and an electrolyte layer arranged between the cathode active material layer and the anode active material layer. A through hole extending in the stacking direction of the cathode active material layer and anode active material layer is formed in the cathode active material layer, anode active material layer and the electrolyte layer. The electrode stack further includes a bolt inserted to the hole for integrally holding the cathode active material layer, anode active material layer and the electrolyte layer.     摘要: An optical information recording medium has a recording layer, a semi-transmissive reflective layer, a heat-generating layer, a reflective layer, a deformation layer, and a protective layer formed sequentially on a first translucent substrate, and the reflective layer and deformation layer are deformed by heat by irradiating a laser beam to the heat generating layer. Diffused reflection of visible light at the deformed reflecting layer manifests an image. Thus, rendering can be performed by an optical information recording device without flipping over the optical information recording medium, and without interfering with the data recording region.

    摘要: A fuel vapor treatment device for suppressing emission of fuel vapor from a fuel tank or the like of an automotive vehicle. The fuel vapor treatment device comprises a casing having a charge port connected to a fuel tank, a purge port connected to an intake section of an engine, and an atmospheric air port through which atmospheric air is introduced. Fuel vapor adsorbing material is filled in the casing. Additionally, an adsorbing material cartridge is disposed in a part of the casing and includes a cylindrical cartridge main body section having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the casing. Fuel vapor adsorbing material is filled in the cartridge main body section. Air introduced from the atmospheric air port is flowable through the inside of the cartridge main body section to the fuel vapor adsorbing material in the casing.

    摘要: A vapor deposition apparatus of the present invention has a substrate holder having a substrate holding surface for holding a substrate thereon, and a flow channel for supplying a source gas onto the substrate. The flow channel has an upper wall and a lower wall. An aperture portion is provided in the lower wall of the flow channel. The substrate holding surface of the substrate holder fits in the aperture portion while forming a space between the substrate holding surface and the aperture portion. A means for reducing leakage of gas through the space between the aperture portion and the substrate holder is provided. With this structure, since a means for reducing leakage of gas through the space between the aperture portion and the substrate holder is provided, the conductance with respect to outflow of gas increases, which in turn reduces variations in the amount of outflow gas. This results in high yield production of nitride semiconductor devices with a long life and high light-emission efficiency.

When a shift lever 12 is changed from a “D” shift position to a “4” shift position and when the shift lever 12 is changed from a “2” shift position to an “L” shift position, a link 30 is rotated in a same direction. Thus, a sliding direction of a slider 38 which detects a rotational position of the link 30 is only one, and a placement size of a detecting member 48 can be made small and the device can be made compact. Because the shift lock unit 88 is equipped integrally with shift lock mechanism 118, and the link 30, the slider 38 and the detecting member 48 of a sensing mechanism, the shift lock unit 88 can be made compact.
