摘要: The present invention aims to provide a high performance crystalline silicon solar cell. The present invention is a crystalline silicon solar cell including a first conductivity-type crystalline silicon substrate; an impurity diffusion layer formed on at least a portion of at least one surface of the crystalline silicon substrate; a buffer layer formed on at least a portion of a surface of the impurity diffusion layer; and an electrode formed on a surface of the buffer layer, wherein the electrode includes a conductive metal and a complex oxide, and the buffer layer is a layer comprising silicon, oxygen, and nitrogen.

摘要: A conductive resin composition which includes an epoxy resin (A), a compound (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group and a glycidyl group, a phenolic resin curing agent (C), a radical polymerization initiator (D) and a conductive particle (E). The conductive resin composition which may be B-staged (semi-cured) at a relatively low temperature to exhibit sufficient tack-free properties and excellent pressure-sensitive tackiness. This permits temporary bonding of parts without involving solvent evaporation or light illumination, thereby reducing or avoiding an increase in facility costs. The conductive resin composition may thereafter be cured (C-staged) to provide a cured product having a desirable bond strength, while maintaining a low specific resistivity.

The lithium ion secondary battery comprises an active material being contained in a matrix comprising a laminated body that includes a positive current collector and a negative current collector which are laminated on each other via a solid electrolyte layer, the solid electrolyte layer includes an active material in a matrix made of solid electrolyte, and a ratio of the volume of the solid electrolyte and the volume of the active material being 90:10-65:35. Also, the active material may also be contained in a matrix of a conductive substance of the positive current collector and/or the negative current collector.

摘要: A battery using an active material that can function as a secondary battery has been developed by using the same material as active material of the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a nonpolar secondary battery has been constructed. Because the terminal electrodes are not distinguished, there is no need to be aware of the mounting direction, so that the mounting process can be simplified. Also, because the positive layer and the negative layer do not need to be separately constructed, the battery manufacturing process can be simplified. Further, by connecting the nonpolar secondary batteries in series and modifying the connection of the lead-out electrodes extending from the points of connection, a battery with a different output voltage or a different battery capacity can be configured.

摘要: A porous carbon has an ID/IG of 2.0 or more in a Raman spectrum measured by Raman spectroscopy with respect to the porous carbon wherein the IG is an accumulated intensity of a peak for G band around 1590 cm−1, and the ID is an accumulated intensity of a peak for D band around 1350 cm−1. The porous carbon has pores having a size of less than 1 μm. The porous carbon can be contained in a resin composition for producing a varistor element.
