The application package includes at least one antistatic component and at least one post-blended component. Use of the application package reduces back ionization and faraday cage effects during electrostatic application. The described methods provide coatings with optimal surface smoothness and edge coverage.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for the formation of multi-layer paint films with the omission of a mid-coat paint coating process. The method comprises the use of a particular aqueous colored paint (A) comprising a prescribed amount of specified titanium oxide that has been compounded, The resulting multi-layer paint films have a very bright paint color, and especially a white or light-colored color, and have excellent concealing properties. The aqueous colored paint (A) is characterized by containing from 50 to 60 mass % with respect to the whole paint solid fraction of titanium oxide of specific surface area not more than 13 m2/g.

In-line process for producing said material, and also use as roofing material or as glazing material, preferably in areas with moist conditions. The coated sheet-like plastics material of the invention combines water-spreading properties with photocatalytic activity, without any damage to the thermoplastic substrates. The coated sheet-like plastics substrate of the invention is produced in a relatively uncomplicated, inexpensive and fast in-line process and, in use, provides impressive substrate stability and impressive effectiveness of the coating in resisting initial algal growth.
