摘要: A surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-active electrode include a solid support; a porous oxide layer containing transition metal oxide nanoparticles present on a surface of the solid support and has a mean pore size of 2 to 30 nm; and at least one of noble metal nanoneedles and noble metal nanorings present on the porous oxide layer. The noble metal nanoneedles have an average length of 350-800 nm, a flat end with an average width in a range of 100-150 nm, and a pointed end. The noble metal nanorings have a thickness of 50-300 nm and are present in the form of annular clusters having various elliptical shapes with an average diameter in a range of 35-60 nm.

摘要: A core-shell nanocomposite is formed by co-assembly of an amphiphilic polymer and hydrophobically modified magnetic nanoparticles, with its core being a hydrophobically modified magnetic nanomaterial and its shell being the amphiphilic polymer, wherein hydrophilic segments in the amphiphilic polymer are located at an outermost layer of the shell. The above composite can be used as additives in the crystallization of conglomerates and obtain optically pure crystals of both enantiomers in a single process. The key thereof is that the composite is used to enrich molecules with the same configuration while inhibit the crystallization of the other enantiomer in a supersaturated solution of conglomerates, such that a non-magnetic crystal and a magnetic crystal (which are enantiomers of each other) are generated in a unit operation. Optically pure crystals of both enantiomers with over 90 ee % can be obtained by one-time crystallization, and the total yield can be as high as 40%.

摘要: Heat sink and method of manufacturing a graphene based heat sink, the method comprising: providing a first and second graphene film; arranging a layer of nanoparticles on a surface of the first and second graphene film to improve an adhesion strength between the graphene films; attaching the second graphene film to the first graphene film by means of an adhesive and the layer of nanoparticles; forming a laminated graphene film comprising a number of graphene film layers by repeating the steps, wherein the laminated graphene film is formed to have an anisotropic thermal conductivity; assembling a plurality of laminated graphene films by applying pressure and heat to cure the adhesive to form a graphene block; and removing selected portions of the graphene block to form a heat sink comprising fins extending from a base plate of the heat sink.
