摘要: The purposes of the present invention are: to provide an epoxy resin composition having excellent impregnation into reinforcing fibers, excellent shapability under low-temperature conditions after thickening, and excellent heat resistance after curing; to provide a molding material for a fiber-reinforced composite material, said molding material having excellent shapability during handling and excellent fluidity during press molding; and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material having excellent heat resistance and bending strength. To achieve the abovementioned purposes, the present invention provides an epoxy resin composition containing all of the following components (A)-(D), wherein: the content of the component (A), in terms of 100 mass % of the total mass of the epoxy resin composition, is 30-95 mass %; and the ratio Wc/Wd of the content We of the component (C) to the content Wd of the component (D) is 0.01-10. Component (A) is an epoxy resin; component (B) is a curing agent; component (C) is a diisocyanate compound having consecutive double bonds, an alicyclic structure or a heterocyclic structure; and component (D) is a polyisocyanate compound excluding the component (C).

摘要: A prepolymer comprising an acid group is made by a process comprising the step of contacting: (i) a di-isocyanate, (ii) a polyol containing an acid group, and (iii) a polyol without an acid group, the contacting conducted under reaction conditions and in a solvent consisting essentially of: (A) a first component consisting essentially of at least one glycol ether ketone, and (B) optionally, a second component consisting of at least one aprotic glycol ether. The prepolymer is useful in the preparation of water-based polyurethane dispersions.

摘要: As a thermoplastic resin used as a matrix resin for a fiber-reinforced composite material, a thermoplastic resin having a high glass transition temperature in spite of having a low resin viscosity during molding is provided. Provided are a two-liquid curable composition for forming a thermoplastic matrix resin, the two-liquid curable composition containing an active hydrogen component containing an alkylthio group-containing aromatic diamine (A) and a diisocyanate component containing at least one kind of diisocyanate (B) selected from the group consisting of aliphatic diisocyanates, alicyclic diisocyanates, and modified forms of aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates, a matrix resin for a fiber-reinforced composite material, the matrix resin being a thermoplastic resin containing a reaction product of the active hydrogen component and the diisocyanate component, and a fiber-reinforced composite material containing the matrix resin and reinforcing fiber.

摘要: The disclosed adhesive compositions comprise (A) an isocyanate component comprising (i) an isocyanate and (ii) an isocyanate-terminated silane compound. In some embodiments, the isocyanate-terminated silane compound (ii) is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate and an isocyanate-reactive compound comprising a silane group and at least one isocyanate-reactive group selected from the group consisting of —OH, —SH, and —NHR, where R stands for an alkyl remainder having from 1 to 12 C atoms or a cycloaliphatic or aromatic remainder having between 6 and 12 C atoms. In other embodiments, the isocyanate-terminated silane compound (ii) is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate selected from the group consisting of isophorone diisocyanate, m-xylylene diisocyanate, mixtures thereof, dimers thereof, trimers thereof, prepolymers thereof, and combinations thereof and an isocyanate-reactive compound comprising a silane group and at least one isocyanate-reactive group of —NH2. Methods for preparing the disclosed two-component adhesive compositions, and methods for forming laminate comprising same, are also disclosed.

摘要: A task to be achieved by the invention is to provide a fiber substrate having excellent filling state of a urethane resin and excellent hand feeling. The present invention provides a fiber substrate filled with a urethane resin (X), which is formed from a water dispersion of the urethane resin (X), wherein the water dispersion has a urethane resin (X) content of 50 to 80% by mass, and the water dispersion contains no organic solvent. Further, the present invention provides an artificial leather having the above-mentioned fiber substrate. It is preferred that the urethane resin (X) uses a chain extender (a1) as a raw material. Further, the chain extender (a1) which has an amino group is preferably used.

摘要: Silicone urethane (meth)acrylates can have at least three (meth)acrylate groups and not more urethane groups than (meth)acrylate groups. A method for preparing the silicone urethane (meth)acrylates involves reacting at least one hydroxy functional silicone (meth)acrylate with at least one isocyanate functional urethane (meth)acrylate. Compositions can contain the silicone urethane (meth)acrylates, and are useful for the production of release coatings, protective films, and protective coatings; and for the manufacturing of 3D printed objects by stereolithography.

摘要: Some variations provide a method of forming a transparent icephobic coating, comprising: obtaining a hardenable precursor comprising a first component and a plurality of inclusions containing a second component, wherein one of the first component or the second component is a low-surface-energy polymer, and the other is a hygroscopic material; applying mechanical shear and/or sonication to the hardenable precursor; disposing the hardenable precursor onto a substrate; and curing the hardenable precursor to form a transparent icephobic coating. The coating contains a hardened continuous matrix containing regions of the first component separated from regions of the second component on an average length scale of phase inhomogeneity from 10 nanometers to 10 microns, such as less than 1 micron, or less than 100 nanometers. The transparent icephobic coating may be characterized by a light transmittance of at least 50% at wavelengths from 400 nm to 800 nm, through a 100-micron coating.

摘要: A process for producing a polymerizable composition for optical materials of the present invention includes a step A of mixing together a polyisocyanate compound (i), a polymer (ii) represented by General Formula (ii), a photochromic compound (iii), and an internal release agent (iv), a step B of mixing a mixed solution obtained by the step A with a polythiol compound (v), and a step C of further mixing a mixed solution obtained by the step B with a polymerization catalyst (vi) so as to obtain a polymerizable composition for optical materials, wherein in the step A, the internal release agent (iv) is added so that a content thereof in the polymerizable composition for optical materials is 500 to 3,000 ppm, and in the step C, the polymerization catalyst (vi) is added so that a content thereof in the polymerizable composition for optical materials is 120 to 500 ppm.
