Abstract:
Magneto-resistive memory bit cells in an array have high or low resistance states storing logic values. During read operations, a bias source is coupled to an addressed memory word, coupling a parameter related to cell resistance to a sense amplifier at each bit position. The sense amplifiers determine whether the parameter value is greater or less than a reference value between the high and low resistance states. The reference value is derived by averaging or splitting a difference of resistances of reference cells at high and/or low resistance states. Bias current is conducted over address lines with varying resistance, due to different distances between the sense amplifiers and addressed memory words, which is canceled by inserting into the comparison circuit a resistance from a dummy addressing array, equal to the resistance of the conductor addressing the selected word line and bit position.
Abstract:
A modified clay is provided, which includes a layered clay material intercalated with a modifier having a conjugated double bond and capable of producing free radicals when heated. A clay-polymer composite is also provided, which includes a polymer material and the modified clay, wherein the modified clay is dispersed in the polymer material and at least partially exfoliated. The modifier is capable of producing free radicals when heated to scavenge free radicals generated from thermal cracking or burning of the polymer material to prevent further thermal cracking of the polymer material.
Abstract:
A device receives a standard command. The device judges whether an address field and/or a data length field and/or a data field of the standard command includes at least one of a vendor command, a vendor data and a checkword. The device judges whether the address field and/or a data length field and/or the data field of the standard command matches a vendor predetermined pattern. If matched, the device performs a vendor operation based on the vendor command and/or the vendor data of the standard command.
Abstract:
A resistance-based random access memory circuit includes a first data line, a second data line, a plurality of memory cells, a first driving unit, and a second driving unit. The memory cells are arranged one following another in parallel with the first and second data lines. Each of the memory cells are coupled between the first data line and the second data line. The first driving unit is coupled with first ends of the first and second data lines. The first driving unit is configured to electrically couple one of the first data line and the second data line to a first voltage node. The second driving unit is coupled with second ends of the first and second data lines. The second driving unit is configured to electrically couple the other one of the first data line and the second data line to a second voltage node.
Abstract:
A touch display device and a formation method thereof are provided. The touch display device includes a touch panel disposed on a first surface of a substrate of a display panel. A color filter layer is disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The touch panel includes a plurality of first and second conductive patterns arranged by two directions that are perpendicular to each other. A patterned isolation layer, having a first portion and a second portion, is formed over the first surface of the substrate, wherein the first portion is disposed at the intersection of the first and the second conductive patterns, and the second portion is disposed between the first and the second conductive patterns. The first portion has a height that is lower than a height of the second portion.
Abstract:
Disclosed are compositions and synthetic methods of phosphors that can be efficiently excited by blue light. The wavelength of the blue light is between 400 nm to 480 nm. The phosphors contain garnet fluorescent material activated with cerium, which contain Ba, Y, Tb, Lu, Sc, La, Gd, Sm, or combinations thereof, and Al, Ga, In, or combinations thereof. In addition, the phosphors are easily and quickly prepared in a large amount. The phosphors have high thermal stability and high emission intensity, therefore, being high of value in industry for utilization.

A through silicon via (TSV) stacked structure made of stacked substrates. Each substrate includes multiple tapered through silicon vias, wherein the wider end of each tapered through silicon via is provided with a recessed portion and the narrower end of each tapered through silicon via protrudes from the substrate. The substrates are stacked one after another with the narrower end of each tapered through silicon via being fitting and jointing into a corresponding recessed portion of the tapered through silicon via.
Abstract:
Novel heteroleptic iridium carbene complexes are provided, which contain phenyl imidazole moieties. In particular, ligands containing 2,4,6-trisubstituted N-phenyl imidazole fragments have highly desirable properties that make them suitable materials for use in OLED devices.
Abstract:
An apparatus including a packet ingress interface, a packet egress interface, an eligible egress time module, and an egress module. The packet ingress interface ingresses packets of data into the apparatus. The packet egress interface egresses the packets from the apparatus. The eligible egress time module determines a respective eligible egress time for each of the packets based on a respective ingress time of the packet at the packet ingress interface and a hold interval. The egress module prevents each packet from egressing the packet egress interface until occurrence of the respective eligible egress time.
