摘要: The invention relates to a method for removing the coating of a surface, provided with a coating (8), of a wheel (1) provided with screw channels (6) and with a centrally positioned hub opening within one or a number of areas (7) from which the coating is to be removed, which areas extend annularly, in particular circularly, around one of the screw channels (6) and/or around the hub opening (8), the method being implemented using a laser beam generated by a laser source (12), characterised in that the laser beam is moved over the area or areas (7) of the surface from which the coating is to be removed, without limiting the area or areas (7) from which the coating is to be removed by additional means. Furthermore, the invention relates to a coating removal station (10) for implementing the method.

The laser irradiation apparatus includes a condensing optical system (32) for condensing a laser beam (B) generated by a laser oscillator (10) at a predetermined focal point (FP), a deflection optical system (33) for deflecting the laser beam (B) generated from the condensing optical system (32) with a predetermined deflection angle, and a driving unit (100) for rotationally driving the deflection optical system (33) around a rotation axis provided substantially in parallel to an optical axis of the condensing optical system (32), wherein the driving unit (100) has an air motor (100) which convert an energy possessed by a gas supplied from a gas supplying source (60) to a rotational force.

摘要: Methods of making solder preforms are disclosed. A ribbon of raw material is received, and a first annular solder preform is formed by laser cutting the ribbon. The edges of the first annular solder preform can then be cleaned. The cutout section removed from the middle of the first annular solder preform can then be laser cut to form a second annular solder preform that is smaller than the first annular solder preform.

The laser machining systems and methods may be used to scribe one or more lines in large flat workpieces such as solar panels. In particular, laser machining systems and methods may be used to scribe lines in thin film photovoltaic (PV) solar panels with accuracy, high speed and reduced cost. The vision correction and/or tracking systems may be used to provide scribe line alignment and uniformity based on detected parameters of the scribe lines and/or changes in the workpiece.

摘要: A laser processing device includes a laser emitter, an optical processor, a gas deflector and a gas source. The optical processor is furnished on optical path of the laser beam for guiding the laser beam to transmit along a looped processing path. The gas deflector has an optical channel, a looped gas channel and a looped gas outlet. The looped gas outlet is connected to the looped gas channel. The looped gas channel surrounds the optical channel, and a section of the looped gas channel close to the looped gas outlet is furnished in inclined position. The gas source is furnished on the gas deflector and is communicated with the looped gas channel for providing a gas flow to flow into the looped gas channel. The gas flow is guided by the looped gas channel.
