摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure, a method for manufacturing a scintillator panel, a three-dimensional structure, and a scintillator panel that enable the type and thickness of a substrate of the scintillator panel to be selected freely. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure, by which a three-dimensional structure is obtained by forming a glass pattern on a base member and then separating the glass pattern from the base member.

摘要: A dielectric glass composition suitable for use in an electronic device which comprises a sufficient amount of silicon dioxide to impart durability to the glass composition when subject to a humid environment, and one or more alkali metal oxides, wherein (i) the total content of the alkali metal oxides is at least about 10 wt % and no more than about 35 wt %, based upon 100% total weight of the glass composition, (ii) the median particle size (d50) of the glass composition is no more than about 5 μm, and (iii) the glass composition has a coefficient of thermal expansion of at least about 10 ppm/K and no more than about 25 ppm/K, is provided.

摘要: A dielectric tape suitable for use in an electronic device is provided. A dielectric slip composition comprises an organic vehicle and a dielectric glass composition comprising at least about 20 wt % and no more than about 50 wt % silicon dioxide, based upon 100% total weight of the glass composition, at least about 10 wt % and no more than about 50 wt % alkali metal oxides, based upon 100% total weight of the glass composition, and at least about 1 wt % and no more than about 10 wt % of at least one transition metal oxide. A method of forming an electronic device is also provided. The method includes the steps of applying at least one dielectric tape to at least one non-planar surface of a substrate, and subjecting the at least one dielectric tape to one or more thermal treatment steps to form a dielectric layer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for coating a composite structure, comprising forming a first slurry by combining a first pre-slurry composition with a first carrier fluid, applying the first slurry on a surface of the composite structure, and heating the composite structure to a temperature sufficient to form a base layer on the composite structure. The first pre-slurry composition may comprise a first phosphate glass composition and a low coefficient of thermal expansion material, wherein the low coefficient of thermal expansion material is a material with a coefficient of thermal expansion of less than 10×10−6° C.−1.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a resistive composition that can form a thick film resistor excluding a toxic lead component from a conductive component and glass and having characteristics equivalent to or superior to conventional resistors in terms of, in a wide resistance range, resistance values, TCR characteristics, current noise characteristics, withstand voltage characteristics and the like. The resistive composition of the present invention includes: ruthenium-based conductive particles including ruthenium dioxide; a glass frit that is essentially free of a lead component; and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit is a glass frit which is constituted such that in a case where a fired product of a mixture of the glass frit and the ruthenium dioxide has in a range of 1 kΩ/□ to 1 MΩ/□, the fired product exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance in a plus range.

The layer includes texturing inorganic and/or polysiloxane-based particles which are fixed on the substrate by a layer-forming material. The particles cause protrusions on the layer and so produce the haptically perceptible texture.

摘要: An Ag2O—V2O5—TeO2 lead-free low-melting glass composition that is prevented or restrained from crystallization by heating so as to soften and flow more satisfactorily at a low temperature contains a principal component which includes a vanadium oxide, a tellurium oxide and a silver oxide; a secondary component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of BaO, WO3 and P2O5; and an additional component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of oxides of elements in Group 13 of periodic table. A total component of the principal component is 85 mole percent or more in terms of V2O5, TeO2 and Ag2O. Contents of TeO2 and Ag2O each is 1 to 2 times as much as a content of V2O5. A content of the secondary component is 0 to 13 mole percent. A content of the additional component is 0.1 to 3.0 mole percent.
