摘要: A control unit includes a first frame buffer and a second frame buffer as the memory area, a microprocessor, a shift circuit, a shift number register and a mask pattern generating circuit. An image data signal is output from the microprocessor. Shifting of respective words of the image data is performed by the shift circuit in compliance with a shift number signal output from the shift number register, for writing the words of the image data into the first and second frame buffers from desired bit positions corresponding to the shift numbers. Mask pattern signals nullifying bits, except the bits corresponding to the image data in output data of the shift circuit, are output from the mask pattern generating circuit. Selection between a high order side portion and a low order side portion of each word of the image data to be written into the frame buffers is performed by the least significant bit of an address signal. The address value input into the first buffer is incremented by "1" in an adder. The first frame buffer is accessed by address line output from the adder from which the least significant bit is removed, while the second frame buffer is accessed by address line output from the microprocessor. Access to address N or N+1 in the first frame buffer and address N+1 or N in the second frame buffer is thereby achieved.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for forming an anode oxide film, in which on the assumption that a direct-current power source is used, a thick anode oxide film can be formed with good productivity within a short time without using special equipment. The method includes allowing a current A0 to pass through an aluminum base material, and includes a step of repeating a first electricity cut-off treatment multiple times, in which when a voltage reaches a voltage V1 during the formation of the film, the passage of electricity is once cut off, this electricity cut-off is continued for a period equal to or longer than an electricity cut-off time T1, and the passage of electricity is then resumed, wherein the voltage V1 and electricity cut-off time T1 satisfy the prescribed expressions.

摘要: When a coolant temperature (26) is abnormal and alcohol concentration of a main fuel detected by an alcohol concentration sensor (37) is in a high concentration region, an auxiliary fuel supply is conducted. Thus, when the actual coolant temperature is in a low temperature region and an alcohol concentration of the main fuel is in a high concentration region, that is, when a volatility of the main fuel is not sufficient, the auxiliary fuel supply is certainly conducted. Furthermore, when the coolant temperature sensor (26) is abnormal, the pseudo coolant temperature is set lower than the standard coolant temperature. A warming increase coefficient is computed by use of the pseudo coolant temperature. Thereby, the main fuel injection quantity is increased sufficiently when the actual coolant temperature is in a low temperature region and the alcohol concentration of the main fuel is in high concentration region.

摘要: A control apparatus for an internal combustion engine can compensate for a variation of intake pressure resulting from various factors whereby a failure detection area can be expanded, and false detection can be prevented to enable failure determination for an EGR system with high reliability. The apparatus determines whether a vehicle is decelerating, forcedly opens and closes an EGR valve, and determines whether an EGR control device is in failure by comparing a pressure change index value based on intake pressures upon the forced opening and closing of the EGR valve with a failure determination value. The apparatus adjusts the intake pressure to a predetermined state before the EGR valve is forcedly opened and closed, whereby a failure determination can be always made based on the intake pressure whose variation was compensated for with the intake pressure becoming a predetermined characteristic to the number of revolutions per minute of the engine.

摘要: A laser exposure device at which alignment marks of a plate material on an exposure stage, which is moving in a direction opposite to a scanning direction, are read by a CCD camera mounted at a support gate, after which an imaging region, whose position is judged using the alignment marks, is exposed by a laser beam from a laser scanner. Here, a distance along the scanning direction from the CCD camera to the laser scanner is not less than a pitch of the alignment marks that are provided to respectively correspond to a trailing end and a leading end of the imaging region. According to this laser exposure device, even in a case in which a plurality of the imaging region is provided at a recording medium, an increase in a duration for forming images on the recording medium in accordance with an increase in imaging regions is prevented.

摘要: A valve timing control apparatus for an engine. Presence/absence of a torque demand (xtq) is estimated upon starting of a lock pin release control to thereby alter a change rate (&bgr;) of a target phase angle in dependence on presence/absence of the torque demand (xtq). Unless torque demand is issued, the change rate is set to a small value (&bgr;2) for suppressing the change of the target phase angle (&thgr;t) after detection of release of the lock pin in order to avoid a shock unexpected by a driver. When the torque demand is issued, the change rate is set to a large value (&bgr;1) for allowing the target phase angle to approach speedily to a base target phase angle (&thgr;map) for thereby minimizing a delay in response involved in the phase angle detection through the lock pin release control.
